The hotel was nice, liked the little balcony bit, made us feel slightly more safe in such a scary, unsafe area

The location was very scary, we felt on edge the whole time we left the hotel. The people that roamed the streets were very intimidating and we did not feel safe at all. If we weren’t in a safe and secure hotel and in a hostel instead in that are we would’ve been scared to death. My friend also had her phone stolen and naples was a waste of our time.

The only one: location, I mean this is very african neighborhood but very close to train station and metro station. But after dark seems very dangerous, be careful

Located near the Central Station. We also had a big and comfty room with a nice bathroom! Everything was clean.

Nobody cleaned the room during the day or emptied the trash. The chair and the table in the room were broken.

The location is good. You are close to the main train station and it is possible to visit other places in a easy way. You have not only trains, but also buses available. You have quite restaurants in the area where you can have lunch or dinner. The hotel personal is friendly. Despite in the description of the hotel says that there is not wifi, there is actually one. It does not work so good, but it works. I think this could easly be improved. You could think that the area is dangerous, but it is not so. There is quite police officers and it is crowded area. The hotel is ok if you plan to visit the city and places nearby for a couple of days

First of all, you must understand that you are booking a convenient hotel. For me it was important to have a place where to sleep and to take a shower. I was all day long visiting any place/city/town. Said that, there are however some things that the hotel could improve without a great investment: - It smells to cigarette in some areas from the hotel. It was the case of the hallway which heads to the room where I was. - The room was quite humid, specially the bathroom. The bathroom of this room has to be painted - In the reception area there is a room which is full with bags and other things. In the picture of the hotel there are some tables and it should be possible to drink something like a coffee. This area/room was unfortunately not available.
