Very clean. Clean towels provided every day. Owner’s father picked us up from airport and took us back. Only 25€ each way. Was waiting for us at airport when we arrived with no reminder needed. Even arranged for us to get tickets for the Napoli game when we couldn’t get them anywhere else so very happy husband and son! Breakfast is available between 8am and 10am and consists of yogurt, cakes, biscuits and toast etc plus fresh tea, coffee and juice. We found this perfectly adequate. The lady who does breakfast then cleans the rooms. She is a lovely, friendly lady. I understand they will also arrange any trips for you although, with the exception of the football tickets, we didn’t need this as my husband comes from the area so sorted everything we needed but good to know if necessary! There is a vending machine in the communal area if you get hungry/thirsty during the night! Water only 50 cents and cans of coke only 1€ so very reasonable. We found the location very good - 5 minutes walk (if that) to main train station, plenty of supermarkets and pizza restaurants nearby. We also used a laundrette so we didn’t have to take home any dirty washing. It was called Express Wash and is very clean. We washed and dried everything for only 7€. We will definitely be returning to this B&B x

Our room was clean with comfy bed, TV, fridge, free wi-fi. We really appreciated the welcoming, the fact that we could drink a coffe or tea or grab a bite from the sweets prepared for breakfast (from the eating area). We would recommend to fix the water pressure from the shower (room 3). Also if you could build a wall with a door to separate the eating area from the corridor, that'll be great! From 7 AM when the breakfast starts, is imposible to sleep. I can honestly say each morning I took the breakfast with all the guests :)))) Regarding the breakfast you'll have a variety of sweets, bread, butter, yogurt, tea, coffee, milk, cereals. Don't expect the continental breakfast with eggs, vegetables, fruits, ham etc

Being near the central station is a big plus, but also there are a lot of homeless people. Despite of that we didn't feel like they are dangerous, they are minding their own business.

The owner of the hotel is very helpful. Our train was delayed, he went to the hotel especially for our late check-in in a rainy night. After listening to our nightmare trip, he gave us two bottle of water which comfort us a lot. The property is in a buiding with a front door lock and inner door lock which makes us feel safe. You can use the facilities such as a boiler or a microwave in the kitchen which is very convenient.

The accomodation was clean and stuff very friendly. Special thanks to lady Patritia. It was very close to the main train station in the center of Napoli. Before our arrival we were contacted by the stuff via Whatsapp to arrange details of our arrival (e.g. time). We arrived early in the morning and we were welcomed with breakfast and coffee! It was so nice of them!

It doesn't look good on the outside but it's great inside. Rooms are bright and very, very clean, exceptionally clean. Beautifully decorated with artificial flowers and scents. I loved the bathroom, very modern, very comfy shower, big mirror. I loved it!

Well, I didn't like the street, it looks a bit shady...but it's only 5 min. walk to train station so it was bearable.

Giuseppe was a wonderful host! Made me coffee when I arrived and before I left. Allowed me to leave my bag before and after check-in. Fast and friendly communication. The apartment is on the 2nd floor (equivalent to the 3rd floor if you're American) and there's a lift. The room itself was large, nicely decorated and very clean. You get a nice balcony overlooking the street. A/C and heating. Very comfy bed. Plenty of hot water and good water pressure. A typical Italian breakfast was included (sweet pastries, jam, cereal, coffee/tea, juice). It's less than a 5 minute walk to the central station.

Wifi was good overall, especially in the common area, but sometimes the signal in my room would drop for a couple minutes. Luckily there are multiple networks to log into if one drops. My room was next to the common area so you can hear when people are there (which wasn't often), but it was quiet around bedtime. The neighborhood around the Central Station is pretty gritty, but that's Naples for you.

The staff is really nice and helpful, also there is a variety of things to choose from for breakfast, the room and the place is clean and you can reach all the main points from the accomodation.

Definitely the location, it's very noisy even at night and I'm the type of person that can't sleep with the AC on and I had to leave the window open since it's also really warm. If you can sleep with the windows closed it's all good, if not, the noise of the street is excruciating.

Surpassed my expectations, to be honest. it shows that the managers care about providing comfortable accommodation. Incredibly clean, breakfast included with a wide selection (incl. coffee machine). Note on location: I suppose squeamish people might find the location a little off putting, but I had no problems. It is less than five minutes’ walk to Napoli Centrale and where the airport bus is—particularly helpful if you’re running late in the morning to get to the airport like I was ha.
