Hotel is very new. We booked last room with bulk bed on the picture and were surprised when discover good queen size bed =) Room is quite tiny but comfortable enough to stay for 2 people. Location is good - not far from train station. Keep in mind that you may need 10 cent coins to use the elevator

accommodation was super ok clean, quiet, beautiful a lot of facilities can be made Chuck-in independent without contact, dining area and a shared coffee… .with TV, air conditioning, towels, liquid soap, hot water permanently, refrigerator in common area…. very soft bed soft pillows… .the elevator although it was 10 cents went without money… the area near the train station and the area where Alibus stops…. subway station close and last but not least many shops and restaurants…. the only less pleasant thing is people sleeping on the street, but they are very quiet and it really is a safe area… .Thank you to the host who responded to all our messages “Grazie mille”

Great big room. Tidy and helpful staff. Check in earlier was managed. Nice shower. The room to the quiet side is great. Many towels. We enjoyed th stay.

Elevator needed 10ct coins for working not good if you run out of coins and you got a health condition. A bit confusing description to get to the flat. But everything went well in the end.

It was conveniently located within 5-6 minutes walking distance to the Napoli Centrale train station. The hotel was clean and modern looking. There is an elevator as well (10 cent to use).

It was was very noisy in the morning and our room was located right off of the kitchen so we could hear people in the evening and early morning. The bed was also not very comfortable.

Everything is easily accessible from this location. Nice owner. Easy check-in, check-out.

A little confusion with breakfasts location. You get it in the nearby cafe that is a part of a chain of cafes but you can only eat in one, so be careful to go to the correct location.

Nice place to stay close to the central railway station. The common area with kitchenette is nice and spacious. Room nr 4 is very small, but others seems to be bigger and spacious. All new, nicely designed, freshly refurbished bathrooms.

The flat is nice, but the neighbourhood is a bit strange and dirty. Lot's of rubbish on the street and a couple of homless people sleeping here and there

The sink didn’t drain well, TV remote wasn’t working, faucet handle in shower was falling

The area and the street where this property located is very bad, very dirty, many homeless peopeople sleep along the road, feel not safe scary.
