Excellent hosts, very kind and considerate. They gave us lots of practical information and a great taste of Neapolitan hospitality (warm traditional breakfast and strong coffee). The rooms are fully renovated, spacious with comfortable beds. Cleanliness was also remarkable. Everything was shining. Lots of storage and hangers, even a safe. Extra bedding was available too. Big mirror in the room in case one guest uses the bathroom mirror. Efficient lighting and sockets. TV with Netflix subscription is one more positive point for those who relax watching an episode of their series before dozing off. Although located in a lively area, it was not at all noisy at night.

I suppose it's expected because the building is quite old, but the plumbing gave us a bit of trouble. When we showered the water would become suddenly cold and all that worked was patience, after a few seconds the temperature regulated itself. So I'd suggest to use the hand-held showerhead to avoid too cold or too hot water falling directly on you. Then the usb gate next to my bed wasn't charging my phone (only under a certain angle), but I unplugged the bedside lamp and used the socket.

Stefan was wonderful and provided an extensive list of restaurants and pastry spots. Each morning, he dropped off 3 pastries for breakfast which were delicious and made great snacks throughout my trip too. The espresso machine in the unit was really helpful too. He also helped me with public transportation. The unit was tidy and comfy. There is some noise from the main street but not terrible. Would stay here again!

The location felt a little concerning, as there were a lot of folks loitering on the street outside the entrance. But it wasn't unsafe, and having the double entry to the B&B helped with that.

Very amiable, knowledgeable, helpful staff. Stefano met us at the entrance to the property and gave us recommendations for places to visit and eat. The place was immaculate and both Stefano and his girlfriend were super friendly and helpful. Fantastic, hot, powerful shower - room enough for two people! Our room was ready early and was absolutely spotless. Continental breakfast, with really delicious croissants, coffee, selection of teas, fruit juice - also a bottle of water for each room in fridge. We will definitely stay here again, when we return to Napoli in a few weeks.

Nothing to dislike. Due to the ‘looky, looky men’ selling their wares, right outside the entrance to the property and along the adjoining streets, some people could find the location slightly intimidating! However, as we have been to Napoli on numerous occasions it didn’t bother us! This is just part of the fabric of Napoli! The police did move them on.

The location is great since it is a short walking distance to the station with easy access to the Metro and the Circumvesuviana if you're venturing of to other areas in Campania like Pompeii, or Sorrento. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a large bed that was made every day and storage. Daily breakfast and access to coffee machine was nice. The owner was attentive and helpful at sharing information about trains and attractions and restaurants in the area. It's not a fancy building but the rooms are great.

Just a few minor things like rough towels and a key that kept getting stuck were the only inconveniences. Otherwise, it was a good place to stay.

The location is perfect - 2 minutes on foot to the main station, 15 minutes to the city center. Neat and clean rooms, great breakfast, coffee available all day. Stefano - the owner is available 24/7, he welcomed us, explained everything... even on the last day we could leave our luggage in the rooms until the evening because of the flight. So, the owner to be desired! I recommend it to everyone and when I come again I will stay here again.

There is nothing I didn't like!

I was welcomed by the host and felt very safe and taken care of. The location is a short walk from the central station and I got some great recommendations for dinner as I arrived in the evening. In the morning there was everything I needed for a nice breakfast and he brought warm fresh pastries from the bakery for breakfast time. The room was spacious and clean and had a hotel feeling. The bed was super comfy, and after a good nights sleep I could enjoy my breakfast by the big window/balcony door.

Contact from Stefano prior to check-in. His meet & greet. Lovely breakfast - plenty to eat & loved the fresh pastries. Great variety of teas, soft drinks etc., Modern, clean facilities. Great location near the station (5 minutes walk) & straightforward walk into historic centre (15 mins). Useful information shared in person & via WhatsApp from Stefano, too. Felt confident that if I needed to ask anything, I could message him. Will definitely recommend this to others & will use again if back in Naples.

We were slightly concerned upon arrival from the outside, but this was unfounded. The lift was an experience first time! Again, this was just an initial perception.

Stefano, the host, was very helpful and supportive and tried to solve our problems as soon as possible. We stayed 8 nights (5 first and later on 3 more nights) and it was almost perfect. The rooms (102 and 103) are spacious, with a lot of light, and extremely clean. They are cleaned every morning. The location is perfect: near the train station and 10-15 minute walk from the center. In previous reviews, some people complained about security, but we always felt safe even when arriving late at night. For breakfast, you have a coffee machine, a cappuccino machine, small cakes, jam, butter, cookies, yogurt, cereals, juices, and every morning 2 fresh pastries (e.g., croissants) that arrive most of the time too late. The lift can only take 2 people without luggage or one person with a big piece of luggage.

Before going we asked when breakfast started, and Stefano wrote 7:30 AM. When we arrived, we were informed that the 2 fresh pastries per person arrive at 8 AM. But Stefano was most of the time late. If you do not want to leave early, it is perfect and "La Stella Di Napoli B&B" deserves a 12 (10 maximum).

Perfectly located near the transportation hubs and close to the historic district (10 minute walk). Very clean, well equipped and well maintained. Spacious rooms with big bathrooms and large shower cabins. Easily accessible. Cleaned daily. The owner (very welcoming and helpful) brings real (although sweet) breakfasts every morning from quality sweet bakeries. It is possible to leave luggage before check-in and after check-out (no charge).

Some noise at night from the street when the window is open, but A/C available. The owner is sometimes late if you do not stress that time is important to you. Rather soft bed mattresses and hard pillows - not comfortable if you like them otherwise.

The hosts were so friendly and went beyond my expectations to make sure I had a wonderful time. They provided breakfast every day and even if I went out early, they left food for me in my room when I got back. They were easy to reach when I needed anything. The rooms were spacious and clean. The location is very close to the main train station (Napoli Centrale) and there's a great pastry shop around the corner!
