Loved the room & our hosts. So attentive and helpful. Room & shared kitchenette are spotless. The provided breakfasts were yummy - amazing bread! All needs provided. One suggestion - provide one more luggage bench. We had two suitcases and had to keep one on floor. Just a bit inconvenient but not a huge deal. One of those fold- up valets would work well.

Location was both good & bad. Very convenient to train station/Metro but area is a bit seedy & run-down. Ex-law hubby noticed a few drug deals happening. Certainly no fault of hosts. Just sad to see such an important gateway into Naples in such poor condition. The city should do better if it wants to help their businessrs and tourists who can't afford to stay in the high end sections of town or don't arrive via yacht/cruise ship. We are older and just didn't go out alone, nor at night. Felt very safe in our apartment/ room, but not so much in the street.

Patty was great, she met us at the door and helped us get settled in. She provided all the information we needed and was very efficient and thorough. The room was air conditioned, clean, and larger than expected. The shower had great pressure too. The pastries for breakfast were amazing!!

The location for me wasn't ideal. Maybe the entire city of Naples isn't for me or maybe this neighborhood is too close to the train station - a little sketchy. We felt completely safe and secure inside the accommodation, however. Using the small elevator to reach the 5th floor is better then the stairs but be prepared to make several trips if you have a lot of luggage like we did.

Honestly everything was perfect, super generous hosts, the breakfasts provided each morning were amazing with fresh pastries and fruit. The room was immaculate with Netflix included. They owner also sent us several pre saved Google Maps, one highlighting the best attractions in the area, one showing the best restaurants and another for sweets and pastries. This was an amazing touch which we hadn’t seen before and made our experience so much easier. One of the best places we’ve stayed during our month in Italy! Thank you!

Few people loitering on the street selling their wares each night, didn’t have any issues though.

Excellent hosts, very kind and considerate. They gave us lots of practical information and a great taste of Neapolitan hospitality (warm traditional breakfast and strong coffee). The rooms are fully renovated, spacious with comfortable beds. Cleanliness was also remarkable. Everything was shining. Lots of storage and hangers, even a safe. Extra bedding was available too. Big mirror in the room in case one guest uses the bathroom mirror. Efficient lighting and sockets. TV with Netflix subscription is one more positive point for those who relax watching an episode of their series before dozing off. Although located in a lively area, it was not at all noisy at night.

I suppose it's expected because the building is quite old, but the plumbing gave us a bit of trouble. When we showered the water would become suddenly cold and all that worked was patience, after a few seconds the temperature regulated itself. So I'd suggest to use the hand-held showerhead to avoid too cold or too hot water falling directly on you. Then the usb gate next to my bed wasn't charging my phone (only under a certain angle), but I unplugged the bedside lamp and used the socket.

Stefan was wonderful and provided an extensive list of restaurants and pastry spots. Each morning, he dropped off 3 pastries for breakfast which were delicious and made great snacks throughout my trip too. The espresso machine in the unit was really helpful too. He also helped me with public transportation. The unit was tidy and comfy. There is some noise from the main street but not terrible. Would stay here again!

The location felt a little concerning, as there were a lot of folks loitering on the street outside the entrance. But it wasn't unsafe, and having the double entry to the B&B helped with that.

Owner Stefano and his lady help were great - exceeded our expectations. We did see the good reviews before we booked, and after one night and communication with him regarding about the Alibus that we had to take from the airport to his property, then when checking out, we needed the Sita bus that take me from Napoli to Bomerano, where we met our tour for the Amalfi Coast, we realized he exceeded our good expectations. His recommendation for Napolitan pizza and pasta restaurant was spot on. Breakfast was delicious too!

Very amiable, knowledgeable, helpful staff. Stefano met us at the entrance to the property and gave us recommendations for places to visit and eat. The place was immaculate and both Stefano and his girlfriend were super friendly and helpful. Fantastic, hot, powerful shower - room enough for two people! Our room was ready early and was absolutely spotless. Continental breakfast, with really delicious croissants, coffee, selection of teas, fruit juice - also a bottle of water for each room in fridge. We will definitely stay here again, when we return to Napoli in a few weeks.

Nothing to dislike. Due to the ‘looky, looky men’ selling their wares, right outside the entrance to the property and along the adjoining streets, some people could find the location slightly intimidating! However, as we have been to Napoli on numerous occasions it didn’t bother us! This is just part of the fabric of Napoli! The police did move them on.

The location is perfect - 2 minutes on foot to the main station, 15 minutes to the city center. Neat and clean rooms, great breakfast, coffee available all day. Stefano - the owner is available 24/7, he welcomed us, explained everything... even on the last day we could leave our luggage in the rooms until the evening because of the flight. So, the owner to be desired! I recommend it to everyone and when I come again I will stay here again.

There is nothing I didn't like!

The location is great since it is a short walking distance to the station with easy access to the Metro and the Circumvesuviana if you're venturing of to other areas in Campania like Pompeii, or Sorrento. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a large bed that was made every day and storage. Daily breakfast and access to coffee machine was nice. The owner was attentive and helpful at sharing information about trains and attractions and restaurants in the area. It's not a fancy building but the rooms are great.

Just a few minor things like rough towels and a key that kept getting stuck were the only inconveniences. Otherwise, it was a good place to stay.

I was welcomed by the host and felt very safe and taken care of. The location is a short walk from the central station and I got some great recommendations for dinner as I arrived in the evening. In the morning there was everything I needed for a nice breakfast and he brought warm fresh pastries from the bakery for breakfast time. The room was spacious and clean and had a hotel feeling. The bed was super comfy, and after a good nights sleep I could enjoy my breakfast by the big window/balcony door.
