Location excellent for Garibaldi station/Alibus and metro to port/central area (it is possible to walk it). Easy to locate. Area had people around at night (as mentioned elsewhere) but no more than other places I have stayed and no difficulties in this respect. Very clean room and private bathroom - kept tidy daily. Host very welcoming Ease of personal access to building/floor/room once checked in Would stay again.

Slight difficulty with wifi for video calls in room at times but ok in area outside room. Metal bedroom door may have been the issue. All other uses of wifi in room were fine. Nothing I needed to complain about. Didnt affect me but there are around 70+ stairs to the third of the three floors.

My room was reasonable and clean. Staff/owner were lovely... felt safe

Unfortunately, the tv was small and high up on the wall, not the greatest position. My room was at the back, which was ideal for street noise. However, looking out the window, the view was a concrete jungle, There are no facilities to make a brew first thing in the morning or before bed. The door into the rooms was very loud & noisy.

The staff was friendly. The room was basic, but had everything what was needed. the room was cleaned everyday. Q

Location is good for a traveller - close to the station, but the area is horrible: terribly messy and not safe. Some little difficulties with hot Water (not the owneŕs fault). The head of the shower was broken.

Great stay in Naples! The hotel is in an excellent location right at Piazza Garibaldi, very close to the metro and everything you need. The room was clean and comfortable — perfect for exploring the city.The owner of very polite and friendly.There are shops,pasteries,mc donalds,markets just downstairs.

Evth was perfect

Clean facilities and the room had a good price-quality ratio. It had towels, shower gel, and fresh bedsheets. We stayed one night. Contrary to other comments, we arrived at 1 am and felt okay on the street - nobody approached us or threatened us. The owner was very very nice and let us check in at night remotely.

The only disadvantage was a bit difficult contact with the owner - he did not respond to booking messages quickly, which costed us a bit of stress.

Host went above and beyond to make it a pleasant stay, extremely helpful with storing luggage, giving local recommendations and just chatting about life in Naples! The hotel has been run by the family for generations. Great spot for budget-travelers, no frills but very comfortable and clean and great water pressure.

Nice but basic room. Very kind proprietor and staff. Good bed and bathroom. Excellent sfogliatelle store on the same block and a five minute walk to Napoli Centrale. Very convenient stay for traveling by train.

The neighborhood was not the best but there were lots of polizia patrolling.

Location and communication and easy very late check in and check out.

Couldn’t leave my luggage after check out and I would have to pay to the receptionist for leaving the luggage in locked room. Internet wasn’t working well and there was no electricity one morning but luckily I was leaving early for a day.

This is not a 5 star hotel, but for this price I got the highest quality service, especially good staff, both guys at the reception are very friendly and wave when questions arise that are not included in the price! The location is not in the safest place, but any vacationer in Naples still travels everywhere through the railway station, and here it saves precious time, since everything is 3 minutes away! Highly recommend and I will come again!

It was very nice,the staff too. Cleaning every day, friendly staff, good location and transport to the airport and the Central Station!
