Location is good for a traveller - close to the station, but the area is horrible: terribly messy and not safe. Some little difficulties with hot Water (not the owneŕs fault). The head of the shower was broken.

Clean facilities and the room had a good price-quality ratio. It had towels, shower gel, and fresh bedsheets. We stayed one night. Contrary to other comments, we arrived at 1 am and felt okay on the street - nobody approached us or threatened us. The owner was very very nice and let us check in at night remotely.

The only disadvantage was a bit difficult contact with the owner - he did not respond to booking messages quickly, which costed us a bit of stress.

Couldn’t leave my luggage after check out and I would have to pay to the receptionist for leaving the luggage in locked room. Internet wasn’t working well and there was no electricity one morning but luckily I was leaving early for a day.

Nice but basic room. Very kind proprietor and staff. Good bed and bathroom. Excellent sfogliatelle store on the same block and a five minute walk to Napoli Centrale. Very convenient stay for traveling by train.

The neighborhood was not the best but there were lots of polizia patrolling.

This is not a 5 star hotel, but for this price I got the highest quality service, especially good staff, both guys at the reception are very friendly and wave when questions arise that are not included in the price! The location is not in the safest place, but any vacationer in Naples still travels everywhere through the railway station, and here it saves precious time, since everything is 3 minutes away! Highly recommend and I will come again!

What i liked it, was really close to the stazionale centrale and to authentic italian streets. The room was clean, and got comfortable bed too. I ordered with separate shower but it was fine no one bothered us. The also have a cool small balcony and big window.

Room was basic, but clean and comfortable. Bathroom big and wet room style. Bidet included! Location is great. Not the nicest area right there, but main station and other stuff in easy reach. Staff were helpful.

We had to ask for a kettle (boiladora). surely this is standard eqt? All tv in Italian, understandable, but limiting for us. The odd funny wiff emanated from the shower drain, which was slow. Wet room style meant wet floor after showering. Lighting was oddly harsh. No dimmed setting, just a harsh bed light. 24 hour reception was not operating when we left, meaning leaving the keys in the room. Fine, but not as advertised.

The host hospitality and arrangements. I arrived late, and they truly cooprate in such a way that I wasn't in stress at all. The room was comfort and clean, the price very reasonable. Very accessible location.

Nothing really.May be just stairs if you have heavy luggage.
