I was only there for a night so I'd recommend it as such, longer stay NO. It's only a few blocks from Napoli Centrale so that is a huge plus, and it's on third floor so you get less noise from the street below. Room was small as expected but clean. Having the washing basin inside was nice, but bathroom is shared outside. It seemed as though only one other room shared the bathroom with me so I cannot complain about that. I loved the street view from my balcony! For the price, I'd go back especially the price I paid for June holidays!

The bed does sag and there is a lot of noise from the busy streets below. Even with window closed, you can hear all the commotion below. It does have AC but I don't use it so I do not know how well it works. I prefer a firmer bed and a bit more room to move in but that was expected with the price I paid.

The location was excellent, very close to the railway station and walking distance to the ferry terminal. It was deal for visiting Pompeii, Herculaneum, Vesuvius, Capri and Ischia. The room was decent and very reasonably priced. Everything worked - the toilet, shower, etc.

The internet was really patchy. We had to sit on the chairs outside the room to get decent wifi, and even then it kept cutting out. The bed was comfortable, but the sheets kept falling off the bed - they would need to fit better. But apart from this everything was satisfactory.

We only stayed one night so the location was perfect to getting to the train station so great value for money. There was a few places for dinner nearby so we did not need to travel far. It was a shared bathroom however it was only for one night and the bathroom was clean! staff were lovely and accommodating and a nice view from the balcony!

it was a bit loud outside and the area in general doesn't have a great reputation however we did not have any bother and the hotel was well kept!

Every time I stay in Naples for a night, I go to this hotel. It offers great value for the money and the staff is very friendly. The area is close to the station, so it might seem a bit unusual (as is common in station areas in any city), but there's nothing to be concerned about.

During our recent visit, we encountered no issues or concerns worth reporting. Our overall experience was wonderful, and we are looking forward to returning in the future due to the pleasant nature of our stay.

The hotel is close to the Garibaldi station, metro station and a walking distance to the historical center of Napoli. Also is close to the airport. The staff is very helpful. Since we needed a taxi to the airport, the receptionist ordered one at a fixed and reasonable price. The room was very nice and clean.

The neighborhood is full of shady characters, and it's quite dirty outside the hotel building. However, the hotel is well maintained.

As a group of young female travelers we were all feeling a bit vulnerable and nervous in Naples for the first time. However, we felt incredibly safe in Hotel Zara and looked after by the staff. While the facilities are a little dated, it’s nothing to the extent of other reviews. The beds were comfortable and rooms quiet, with excellent exterior blinds if you have a room with a window. As women traveling mostly alone, safety was our number one priority and Hotel Zara definitely checked that box.

The only thing is sometimes our shower would flood a bit quickly before draining!! But if you point the shower head away from the drain and stay mostly under the flow it fixes this.

Close to the station. Clean. Strong air conditioning. Close to the station, which is good and bad. Great price, as long as you know it's in a bad part of the city.

Bad part of the city, otherwise it was fine. Just be aware of the location when booking. This goes for anywhere in Naples, or any major city.

The location was excellent near central station. Even there were a lot of migrants around that area, it is really safe. Nice places all around for breakfast. The room was comfortable, the shared shower and toilet were clean and never had to wait for someone else, was allways available at the times I used it. Highly recommended to stay here!! Room was cleaned daily.

The noise outside at the reception level. The bell ringing and the phone going is a lot of noise if you want to sleep early and are a light sleeper. I asked for another room, but it was fully booked. However in the night after 12 it didnt bother me.

It's a small hotel with a shared bathroom that's clean enough, very close to the central station of Naples, if you arrive by train you'll have no trouble finding it and can literally walk to the hotel and get there in less than 5 minutes. The staff helped me with everything I needed. My room was small, but I won't complain about it because I really don't mind since I was travelling alone and it was enough for me, in addition to it I also enjoyed the view from the window. My stay in Naples was quick and I feel that I got what I paid for, therefore I recommend the hotel if you ever visit the city.

Good value basic small single room located very close to the main station. The room was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. So, for my purposes , it was a good base while in Naples to explore the city and catch trains to the surrounding area.

Some have said that the area is "sketchy", but I found it very typical of what you might expect close to many main city stations. Being so central, some may find the noise from outside a problem, depending on what's happening in the street. That's beyond the control of the hotel of course.
