The biggest plus for me was how the owner handled our unfortunate situation. We were robbed, someone stole our belongings (phones, clothes, and most importantly hotel keys) when we were on a beach. Police helped us reach the owner and escorted us back to the hotel. The owner was waiting for us near the entrance and let us in. I am very grateful that she decided to come in person, despite the fact that it was already late in the evening. There are other advantages: clean room, small fridge (there were two bottles of water when we arrived, which was nice), cleaning every two days, train/bus stations are a 10-minute walk away.

The neighborhood is pretty dirty.

Everything in and out of the room was very clean. My husband loved the Lavazza coffee machine in the hallway ( just very noisy when being used). I like that there was electric kettle in the room with different kinds of tea. Its in the 4th floor, very safe, with a small terrace. There is a grocery at the street corner, many food kiosks in the same street going to the train/bus station. Many black people you will meet in the street or in the shops who are very friendly and helpful. This area is very safe. There is a ref and microwave in the hallway so I can buy Biryani or pasta...and heat up when I want

Just the loud coffe machine.

Perfect location, close to the station for any other travels (we used it as a base to other coastal locations) however it was still a great location for close good food or small walk to the beautiful parts of Naples! We were also able to drop our bags off and have them held before and after our check in, which we appreciated so much! The staff were super helpful and friendly despite language barrier. Great size rooms with wifi and air conditioning!

If absolutely anything, the Beds were a little rough to sleep however we were able to get good sleep in.

Lovely interior! Provided large large towels and 2 others for use. Beds were 2 singles pushed together, which allowed for a comfy sleep. Facilities were clean and the size of the room was comfortable! The photos matched what we got.

The shower was quite small, but it was clean. The corner the hotel is on is quite intimidating as we were 2 girls in our mid 20's. We did get cat-called when we returned around 5-7pm. The street is empty in the morning, and we were not bothered by the locals after 8pm. It is easy to avoid the people we did not feel safe around. We felt safe once we were inside the main gate.

Giordana is an amazing host! Communication with her was smooth and easy, she made sure we had all the information we needed for a pleasant stay. She's also flexible and understanding of random situations that happen sometimes, like i.e. needing to check in a bit earlier or change the number of guests. The place is located in a busy area, but allows you to rest well after a long day of sight-seeing. I have absolutely nothing to complain about :) It's a good base for travelling to Naples and its beautiful surroundings!

Great location, close to main station and trains to Pompei, or metro station to other parts of city. Also accommodation is close to historic center by foot. Room was extra clean and comfy with small romantic balcony, clean towels were at our disposal, microwave also and beautiful touch is coffee machine and refrigerator in the room. Our host was super easy and friendly ready to help, contacted us with all necessary info.

It was little bit noisy during night time but that is the vibe of Napoli so you get used to it :)

I wholeheartedly recommend opting for this accommodation. Giordanna is really attentive to tourists and responds to requests that may arise. She is very nice and kind. The room is clean, as is the bathroom. You have a coffee machine at your disposal. The place is a maximum of 5 minutes' walk from the train station. The neighbors on the street don't have to scare you. They are neither aggressive nor dangerous if you see your way. We had a beautiful experience, which we set out to repeat.

The communication with the hostess was superb. The building has an elevator, which is a plus. The room itself is quite small, as indicated in the description, but it wasn't an issue for us (2 people), as we only needed it as a place to sleep. The room was clean, with a contemporary look. The heater and the water pressure were great. The bed was one of the most comfortable ones that we slept in during our Italy trip. WIFI worked great. There was complementary shower gel available. The building is based only about 8 minutes' walk to the main train station and a 10 minute walk to the old town gate. All in all, I would definitely recommend for a short stay.

This is not a critic, just information for people who haven't visited Napoli before: the area near the central train station, where the apartament is based at, is a bit specific, so you have to be aware of that. It is not dangerous, and there is police presence, but it's just not the coziest area.

The rooms were very clean, beautifully and functionally decorated in an Italian style, well equipped with everything you need, including a small fridge and air conditioning. We spent a total of 6 nights with 2 extended bookings so we slept in 2 different rooms, all of the above applies to both rooms. The "Blue Room" has become our favorite! We were really happy to experience the Neapolitan way of life there. Geordana and her father were very nice and helpful, we had nice conversations with them. Mira and David (California)

Federica was an excellent host. She was very accommodating and kind. The room was lovely and well kept, we were all very comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay here again if we return to Naples.

The street outside was a bit dirty and there were quite a few men hanging around in doorways but we felt fine as a group walking down the street. There was also very secure entry into the building.
