We wanted to leave a review on our stay at Hotel Bella Napoli. This review will be posted to Trip Advisor. We wasn’t sure what to expect on our stay in Naples, first time here and wasn’t too sure when we arrived but have to give a 5 star review for both Roberta and the hotel staff. Firstly a warm welcome, the moment we arrived was like being welcomed by family. There’s no lift but in actual fact that was good because of all the great food we ate during our stay. The room was extremely clean, we loved all the extras we didn’t expect and the slippers were a beautiful touch. The bathroom was meticulously clean and plenty of toilet roll. Fresh towels and plenty of them per person. The extremely large smart tv with access to Netflix, prime and Disney+ made for a comfortable evening after a long day sight seeing, spacious fridge and plenty of sockets available for all our electronics. The whole look of the room was beautiful and again so clean. Loved the extra touches to the bed, very comfortable and again very clean. What the hotel doesn’t mention is how much is available for breakfast, so much food on offer and the scrambled eggs especially were so fluffy, the staff so helpful and friendly. It would have been helpful to know that we could have booked all the trips we wanted through the hotel but now we know, we won’t hesitate to ask Roberta in the future, she is so friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Would we stay again, absolutely, excellent value for money, superb service and a genuinely safe and friendly environment for everyone! Well done Roberta on making our stay a fantastic memory we can’t wait to share when we get home! ♥️

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like, it provided everything we expected and more.

I stayed at Hotel BellaNapoli and absolutely loved it. The location is perfect - just steps away from the metro and close to some of Naples’ most iconic pastry shops. The room was set up with great attention to detail: strong water pressure in the shower, super comfortable beds, and everything arranged to make the stay easy and pleasant. But what really stood out was the staff. They are true professionals who genuinely care about their work and go the extra mile to help with anything you need. You can feel they do their job with heart. Also, the breakfast was delicious — way beyond expectations. And when you take into account the price and the location, this place is a real gem.

The property was a little humble but really comfortable and the staff are great, area was a bit of an eye opener when we arrived but as a dad/16 year old son group this wasn’t a problem for us and I didn’t see it like that again through our stay, the location is really great for everything we were there for (football, pompeii, Vesuvius climb) and the beds were really comfortable.

This isnt really about the property, more booking.com. I thought I’d have a look at the hotels website on the way there and we could have booked the room €50 cheaper per night if we’d just gone direct to the hotel which really annoyed me for not checking myself first. Just don’t book this hotel through booking.com! It’s even better value to go direct…

Very easy walk from Naples train station, but sketchy part of town- no problems, though (quite a bit of night-time noise on the street directly below our room). The included breakfast was outstanding: staff very pleasant and the food was excellent; room was immaculate and although small, very comfortable. In room coffee/tea and small snacks with small fridge appreciated.

We didn't stay long enough to enjoy many sites in Naples- castle, other sites well worth visiting- certainly not the fault of this nice little hotel.

The location of the hotel is excellent, in a walking distance to the main tourist attractions, to the Garibaldi Train Station, to the Underground and the airport bus stop. The rooms are very clean and with the most important facilities. The staff at the reception is very friendly, talkative and always ready to provide lots of useful tips on sightseeing and staying in Naples. Breakfasts served at the hotel are very varied and delicious with a range variety of dishes.

A huge thank you to Rosario at the front desk—he was absolutely amazing! (I hope you enjoyed the Georgian wine!) He went above and beyond to assist us, especially when we ran into a minor issue at a gas station while returning our rental car. Despite the street being somewhat busy during the day, it was completely quiet at night—no noise at all. The walls are well soundproofed unless someone has their TV on at full volume. The subway station wasn’t too far, making it convenient to get around. Our room was clean, spacious, and featured a massive TV, which was a nice touch. Overall, a fantastic stay!

Breakfast was excellent! Hotel was very, very clean. Very easy walk (5 minutes or less) to the Napoli Centrale train station. Located only 1/2 block off Garibaldi Piazza. Rosario at the desk was very friendly and very, very helpful when we had questions or problems. Gave us some very good tips on using the train system. We give Rosario 7 stars out of 5! The other gentleman that checked us into the hotel was also very friendly and helpful as well. He made us feel very welcome. Both spoke very good English, which was a plus for us as non-Italian speakers.

We had to carry our big suitcases up one flight of stairs to our room, since there is no elevator/lift. (If I were 50 years younger, it would have been no problem.) Our room was a little small because we each had a large suitcase to open, but otherwise the room was very comfortable. With only a roll-on bag each, it would have been plenty large. Air conditioning worked well and the bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was also small, but very clean. The shower worked very well with good water pressure. With an elevator and slightly larger room and bathroom, it would have been a 10 instead of an 8. But then again, it probably would have been more expensive, so that's the trade-off.

Amazing location. Literally 3 streets from the Napoli central train station. Bed was large and comfy. Staff who checked us in and out were very friendly. Affordable accomm. Free wifi. Great buffet breakfast with hot and cold options. Very clean.

Toilet and sink drainage is an issue but this seems to be all over Italy. Area is a bit scary - not the hotels fault just something to be aware of - particularly if going out at night, but the location is so central so you’re equally close to lots of options.

The staff at this hotel, especially those on reception were great. They totally went above and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. They gave advice on where best to eat and shop and how to get to places/transport options. The room was modern and breakfast was generous. Overall this is a good value option if you are travelling to and from the train station. There are a lot of reviews on the sketchiness of the location - and while the area around the station is a bit grimy, it didn't feel unsafe.

A blanket even in the summer would be welcome.

The welcoming by Rosario was second to none. He was the perfect host: helpful and fun with a warm personality. His restaurant recommendations (Pizzeria Antica San Michelle and Mimi Anna Ferrovia) were highly appreciated, food was excellent. Comfortable beds and good breakfast. Central location, just a few minutes walk to Napoli Centrale.

A bit noisy due to poorly insulated door to room, but overall a quiet hotel. Breakfast area a bit too small.
