As far as location goes, it doesn't get better than this. The hotel is a literal stone's throw away from a well connected train station and surrounded by shops/gelaterias/pizzerias/restaurants. The hotel was clean, staff were helpful, and whilst our room initially didn't have a kettle, staff provided us with this upon request. The balconies offer a great panoramic view of the city's skyline.

Whilst the bathroom had a bin, the main room didn't. Also, the balcony and its surroundings did have a damp smell after it had rained, though this is not the hotel's fault.

The hotel itself is in a good location from the main train station which was my main concern.The surrounding area I found quite busy but safe to explore with plenty going on.Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice and everything nice and fresh.

Nothing directly with the hotel but crossing the roads around the area was quite a treacherous task.

beach too far away and having been robbed in rome on under ground not willing to trust public transport very busy with cruise liner passengers filling the town at least 5 ships in dock every day one open bus ok blue route shortend and not much to see

Very good location near Naples Central Station and just 10 minutes by local bus from the airport. Great breakfast on the roof in the breakfast garden on the sixth floor with a great view of the church spiers and the old town. We visited Capri, Procida by ferry, Herculaneum, Pompeii, Sorrento by train, Positano by bus, Amalfi Salerno and Paestum. Very nice beaches. The journey to these points took about 1 - 2 hours. The hotel is great, highly recommended to everyone, 15 minutes walk to the old town.

It was very close to the train station. The front desk ran things smoothly. Breakfast buffet was good. Bed was comfortable.

It’s noisy and chaotic as soon as you step outside the hotel. It’s located in a frenetic part of town because it’s so close to the train station. Beware of people trying to “help” you before you arrive.

Location was good - near the railyway station, taxis and restaurants. The room was comfortable with its own terrace. The room was a good size and was really comfortable, and it was very clear with housekeeping daily.

TV was wholly in Italian so unwatchable.

Top floor rooms with terraces! Very friendly service from front desk...special mention: Frederica. Very good coffee and breakfast.

End room had spotty wi-fi. Once you stepped inside the room, the wi-fi signal was unstable despite front desk attempts to refresh their hotel router. One night, the shower drain clogged and water overflowed onto rest of bathroom floor.

It’s so close to the train station. It’s close to the laundry facilities. It’s close to nice restaurants.

The bathroom is tiny. The shower is tiny. When you shower, water leaks outside the shower. Eventually the rag and floor get wet.

Excellent location close to the main station, metro and airport bus stop. The historic center is only a few minutes' walk away. Our room was comfortable and surprisingly large for a budget city center hotel. Breakfast is good, and can be taken on a pleasant terrace.

The fittings are a bit dated and in need of maintenance. Our shower door didn't close properly and needed care to avoid wetting the bathroom floor.

Great location right near the train station and very close to old town. Breakfast was very nice and the breakfast room was lovely. Staff were very helpful. Room was basic but very clean.

The street noise got a little much sometimes. But overall manageable.
