Location is great,within 5 mins walking to Napoli central train and bus station. Next to a Turkish fastfood eatery and many restaurants and fruit stores nearby. Room is spacious.

Sometimes it can be a bit noisy early part of night because of location but once the windows are closed. It's not too bad. Wifi is really a big problem because most of the time I couldn't connect to it due to too many users. It was very slow once it was connected so I basically used my own data during our 5 nights there. There is an issue of transient cold water coming out while taking shower especially once the water was turned off temporarily.

Room was clean and had basic amenities including a fridge. Nice large bathroom with bidet, and clean towels were supplied.

We were not told that someone would access our room during our stay to remove rubbish and replenish toilet paper. None of our things were moved, but it would be helpful if you would notify guests that this would happen. It made us feel a bit uncomfortable that we weren't told about this. Only noticed because the bin had been emptied.

Room was modernized nicely and staff was very nice. Small but very functional room. There is a cafe to right of the entrance to get coffee and pistachio croissant cheap. We also had a yummie dinner around corner. Manager suggested another restaurant but probably best to make a reservation since so busy. Easy walk to train station but go to the right to avoid lugging luggage up and down. There is small elevator in property that requires .10 euro to operate.

Initially hard to locate at night due to poorly lit sign but it is there. We arrived late so getting in was challenging but manager appeared in perfect tining,

It has a great location - 5 minutes from Naples Central Railway Station. The room was clean and big enough, it had a fridge and air conditioning. The beds were comfortable.

We were disappointed that they threw away some of our food that we had left on the table in the room. There were two slices of the pizza we bought left, but the next day when we got home, apparently they had cleaned the room and thrown our pizza away, and it was sitting on the table, nowhere near the trash. Also, the shower in the bathroom didn't work very well and there was no soap.

Perfect location, surrounded by Cafes and good access to the Metro. Spacious room and well-designed/decorated, good for a family with a minifridge effective to keep a cold drink. Decent soundproofing considering the loudness of the city.

The Air Conditioner in the room was not strong enough to keep up with the size of the room especially in the warm summer. The shower water smelled excessively chlorinated. Not the owner's fault, but the condominium elevator is clunky and small and breaks down frequently.

Booked here because its close to the train station. I could not figure out how to use the entrance doorbell (you need a code for that). I could not reach anyone by the phone. I was lucky though, because someone else opened the door and I could sneak in. The office was occupied, the lady working was super friendly. Rooms are nice enough, nothing too fancy, but the price was good. If you are going here, I would recommend and ask about the code for the entrance door before arrival. Overall good

The self-checkin process was easy, the room spacious and comfortable, and the host very kind. The location is really convenient (close to the central train station so accessing trains and buses, as well as car rentals was no issue, whether we wanted to roam around in Naples or get to the surrounding sights like Pompeii, mount Vesuvius etc). ☺️

The location also means it's a noisy area so may not be the best choice for light sleepers 😅

Spacious but the matress and pilllow is bad. AC not cold especially in summer. The toilet door need to repair cannot close properly

Location is best near the main station easy to get to other places. But the neighbourhood is dirty and scary. Feel like in gangster paradise however its quite safe actually

Really huge room, not really what you expect in a hotel stay. Location was great too, right outside the train station. The area has a lot of movement and is safe, the Napoli historic center is very close

It took us a while to figure out where the hotel was, because there are several buildings that share the same main door to the street. The info is a bit hidden in the plaque

We booked this appointment only for overnight stay as we arrived at 10.30pm. Good location if you looking to be near the station.

Had difficulty finding apartment. We would never choose this apartment to explore Neapole. Area is very unsafe and very very dirty, especially at night. Homeless all around the area. The owner didn't leave any water and room doesn't have a kettle, so we had to go and buy. Very unpleasant experience. The room doesn't have a day curtains.In the morning we had to keep night curtains closed as didn't want to be overlooked. We struggled with air conditioner. Couldn't switch on and off.
