Perfect for us for a night in Naples and very convenient location in centre for transfer by bus to airport. The bed was very comfortable and good pillows too and the room was quiet and AC just right. Breakfast trolley in our room with good coffee and choice of cooked breakfast and/or continental. We were met outside the property and helped to our room then looked after with great charm. We would have happily stayed 2 nights.

It is central Naples so the room was not huge though had airy high ceilings and blackout curtains. The shower room was rather compact. However, it was excellent value and provided everything we needed.

The location was perfect being a short walk to Piazza Garibaldi and Central Station where the airport bus stop is. The room was cool, calm and quiet. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Lovely bed linen. The room was small but for 1 person it was absolutely fine. Good bathroom with excellent shower, towels, bathrobe, slippers and toiletries. The host was charming and very welcoming. He doesn't speak much English but I tried my best with a little rusty French and Italian! The breakfast, ordered the night before, was absolutely delicious. A trolley is brought to the room at the time requested ladened with coffee, fresh juice, omelette, cornetto, jams etc plus a plate piled high with the freshest assortment of seasonal fruit.

Arriving at night it was a little difficult to find and I went around the small piazza twice. But the host had kept track of my flight and came to look for me which was great. Some people might find the area a little intimidating but as a 70+ woman travelling on my own it didn't trouble me in the slightest.

It was a really great stay - Richard and Manuela couldn’t have been more helpful, friendly and welcoming. The place was really comfortable and spotlessly clean. The option to leave bags after check-out, with access to a key that meant we could pick them up before our train and use the bathroom too was really helpful.

The water pressure drops dramatically at busy times, so if anyone flushes a toilet or uses the shower in another room, it is impossible to have a shower as the pressure is so low. Also, one small thing: when we booked on Booking.com, we chose the option for a room with terrace for the double room and room with balcony for the single room, but when we arrived neither room had a terrace or balcony. It was no problem, but I wondered if maybe there was a mistake on the website?

The decoration, the individuality, being part of a larger building, the hosts, breakfast in the room, welcome drink and snacks. Nice to stay somewhere That’s not a chain hotel. Very convenient for train station.

The area around the hotel is a little bit rough, but there are lots of people around so we didn’t feel too unsafe. Balanced out by wanting to be near the train station. Had to use electric socket across room to charge overnight as 1st room had usb port and couldn’t get my charger in with adapter, 2nd room the bed frame was in way of adapter. Very minor moan though!

Breakfast was brought to the room as there is no breakfast room. There was plenty of food that we pre-ordered the night before. There was a table with chairs in the room so it was not a problem. There were tea/coffee making facilities in the room which is rare in Italy. The hotel is great and everything is explained clearly eg how to use the keys to access the building as the hotel is on the first floor. The staff were very helpful. We were met outside the building at a prearranged time by a helpful member of staff who went beyond the call of duty to help us park our car. The team booked us a table at a great local restaurant and we could see that there were other opportunities nearby too. The decor of the hotel is of a higher quality than the price might suggest.

We liked everything but were initially slightly fazed by the immediate area although we soon relaxed and realised that we were probably stressed by the drive into Naples which would have affected our view of any district. The area actually has some nice local restaurants and the staff will help you with these.

Very nice and comfortable small hotel, near to railway station. Really friendly and helpful presonnel, thank you! Breakfast was richer than in many hotels in Italy and was brought to our room. The bed was comfortable, not so hard. We enjoyed also our terrace. At first, the main door of the hotel was a little bit difficult to find but there was one of the personnel waiting for our arrival and helping us.

There was much noise out in the streets but we got use to it.

The breakfast was delicious, with many items to choose from on the menu. My morning cappuccino was wonderful! The room was comfortable and a good size. The hotel was a short walk from the train station and several restaurants. The staff was very friendly and always wiling to be helpful.

The air conditioner dripped a little bit.

The property was perfectly located near the train station (not even 5 minutes) and a short walk to all the sites my group went to visit. The property had great staff who were super kind and suggested a wonderful pizza place nearby. The unit was very clean and perfect! The breakfast was super good, and was delivered to your unit in the mornings. Remember to check texts/whatsapp to confirm your arrival time. The guest staff wait for you outside around the time you put. We didn’t realize this, sorry for being late!!! Amazing Experience!!!!

This is a luxurious apartment with modern amenities. The room is of big size. It has a private outdoor sit out area. It has potted plants and a sitting bench too with covered canopy. Breakfast was of own choice served in the room on a trolley. Tick the choices of breakfast by filling a form the night before. And it is served at the designated time in the room. You can have it at the outdoor sit out too. The design is luxurious and with good vibes. This place is highly recommended.

No complaints whatsoever.

The room, service, hospitality, breakfast were 5*. The staff were fantastic and made me very welcome. They arranged transport, trips and late check in. The breakfast was brought to my room each morning and was perfect. Loads of little added extras in the room which was lovely.

Sadly the location for me wasn't quite what i wanted. If you need to be near the main railway station, that's great. However i didn't feel safe in the area after 6pm. I got taxis from the main tourist areas back to the hotel, which charged around €1 per minute. There was alot of suspicious guys lurking around and the local shops charged 3 times more for goods to tourists. I would stay again because the room and staff were great, but not on my own.
