I read the mixed reviews before I went, but honestly, what an exceptional little hotel. Check-in was super easy with clear codes provided, and communication was great, especially as I booked very last minute. People leaving bad reviews need to remember the value for money here – it’s really good. The location is excellent, and while the room could do with a little updating, it was comfy, clean, and absolutely fine for a solo traveller like me. The area itself is fine too – just keep your wits about you like you would in any country. Overall, I was very happy with my stay and will definitely be back in a couple of months on my next visit.

The place is located conveniently within a short walk to both the central station and to the historic center. The owner is friendly and helpful. It was nice to find salt, sugar and tea bags in the kitchen, and the capsule coffee machine combined with freshly baked croissants in the morning provides a great continental breakfast.

Cleaning was at times cursory, and the guy skipped one day (it was the national holiday, though). The microwave wasn't cleaned even once during our stay. There are some food items in the kitchen past their prime: years' old honey, bitter olive oil in the dispenser etc.

Perfect location, close to center & station! The are around is dirty and feels unsafe at night.. The bed was comfortable. Host is perfect, very kind and fast with replies. Everything is available at the apartment. Small breakfast was a plus. Very clean room and in the apartment building. New air-conditioner, works great. Thank you for everything.

In the kitchen people leave dirty cups and dishes which is not nice. Would be better if everyone wash everything after themselves. Not fair to other guests.. to see the whole mess...

Great location at 5 minute walk from main train station which is only a 15 minute bus ride from the airport. Lots and lots of cafes and restaurants in the area and if you're in for a brisk walk then you can even reach the coastline from there by foot. All in all a good choice.

Bed a little on the hard side and despite earlier commitment for an earlier check in the room was not ready when we arrived.

The location and price was ideal. The fresh croissants was a nice touch.

We were a little disappointed it was a sofa bed double instead of a solid double bed as it was advertised. On another note we would stay here again but the bed wasn’t very comfortable.

Centrally located, self service, easy access, clean, anonymous. Our hair dryer broke and it was effortlessly replaced.

The shower could be fixed and the shower could be cleaner. It would be good if there were some more possibilities to hang up towels in the bathroom. The area around the property is vibrant and very loud. Not possible to sleep with the window open - but that’s not a “problem” that can be solved, it’s simply how it is.

Nice location with quick access to all train/metro routes. Big room with AC and nice view. For the breakfast there would be an idea to have prepared for each room "a package " , and not to leave for the entire group (4 rooms).And as well, the hour when the breakfast was brought was later than initial information (7:30 vs 6:30). Overall , nice place , clean and spacious.

Free breakfast was limited so if you’re looking for a full on free breakfast this isn’t the one. However, perfect for what we would normally have anyway. Free coffee, cold water, pastries, fruit and cereal, all you can ask for. The room was exceptionally clean and the aircon worked great. Area was very close to the central station so very easy to get around. The host was extremely helpful over messages. Helped me out with a few very specific questions I had that google couldn’t really provide the answer for. The room felt secure and the building itself is very secure needing two seperate codes to actually get up to the rooms.

This property is well located close to the central station and on the edge of the city centre. It is excellent value for the money charged. The host is friendly and helpful with excellent communication. The room is simple and basic - you get what you pay for! It was perfectly clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast is self service - the kitchen is well equipped and pastries are provided. I was able to leave my luggage at the property the day I was leaving. The a/c is effective and needed! The shower is good.

Point of caution: the room faces on to a busy street so there is constant street noise. personally it didn't bother me.

The room was clean & comfortable with aircon. The bathroom was modern & clean. The block is very secure and is very convenient for the train station. The breakfast was good, pastries, fruit, juice, coffee all self service which was very helpful for our early departure to the airport. Also easy walking to the Alibus stop for travel to the airport.

Disappointing to have to move rooms when we only had 2 nights there but the staff were helpful and moved our luggage when we were out for the day.
