Wonderful B&B in walking distance from Napoli centre. Our room was nice and spacious with a balcony towards the square where we had our breakfast. Also, a cooled bottle of prosecco was provided upon arrival. Alessandro is an excellent host - granted us very late check-out at a very fair cost.

Napoli is an exciting and also lively city but the noise from the traffic was not too bad - and ear plugs were provided, although we did not need them.

Relais del Priciple is very close to the station and transport links into the city and port. It is also close to historic back streets which were full of life. The room was clean and comfortable and had good sound proofing against any city noise. The staff were very welcoming and friendly giving a good breakfast including gluten free options.

The hotel does not have its own entry and required access through a locked door of a bigger block and a lift to the second floor, but once we had the access card entry and exit was easy.

The interior of the property was excellent, it appears to have been recently remodeled. The rooms are just as they appear in the pictures. The area surrounding the property is a little rough, but no worse than the rest of Naples. You feel very safe once you’re inside the building. The rooms were quite comfortable and included a nice breakfast.

Great hotel in Naples. Near the bus station and easy access from the airport. Wonderful helpful host who provided countless information about the city!!! Area is bustling with dinning options, shopping and is a stones through from the historic center. Great breakfast!!! Minibar!!! Host provided information about day trips, excursions and was always available for questions!!! And friendly other travelers. Room was fantastic with old world charm, clean and a great balcony to watch this vibrant city. HIGHLY recommend for the value and it's nice to be a big adjacent to the very busy historic center!!! It will be my go to hotel moving forward in Naples. Loved my stay!!!

I loved everything!! No complaints whatsoever. The area is busy, but the windows block out the sound so sleeping was no problem.

We had a wonderful stay at Relais del Principe — the room was spacious, beautifully furnished, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Everything was spotless and well-maintained. Alessandro, the host, was exceptionally kind and helpful, making us feel truly welcome. Highly recommended!

Staff were great. Room was big and really comfortable. Breakfast was nice.

The area might feel a bit sketchy for some with families but it didn't bother us really. Was within walking distance of great restaurants and historic centre. And well placed for connections to airport and port.

Alessandro was so helpful with everything, we are really thankful for that. He recommended us places, where the best traditional pizzas are, helped us to rent a car, also booked a taxi for our arrival at the airport and for our departure early in the morning.

The location was not the best, because at some times we did not feel very safe in the evening, when we went home. I would say, that safety was like 7/10 - not really dangerous, but did not feel super comfortable as well.

Property lovely buy I Didn’t like the area , it felt a bit edgy , ok as had husband with me but wouldn’t have wanted to be there alone .

The host is very friendly, considerate, helpful and fluent in English. The room was super clean and comfy, only a bit noisy on the streetside but there were earplugs available in the room :) breakfast was great with homemade products and the host very kindly provided plantbased milk and fresh fruit to accommodate our plantbased diet. Very convenient location near the central trainstation. Within walking distance of the historical city center. Didn’t get the chance to check out the Spanish quarters so will probably be back for the excellent pizza and some more exploring.

Some of the streets in the directe vicinity were extremely dirty and unwelcoming, especially at night, but I guess that goes for every major city.

Alessandro was a great host. The room is exactly as described, it is very comfortable and clean. The location is very handy as it is near the train station where you can travel all over in Naples and towards the Amalfi coast. Really nice breakfast every morning with traditional pastries. We had a great time.

Naples is very busy all the time. So this is not so much about 'not liking something' but more of an advice. If you are looking for a remote, peaceful holiday, Naples might not be the place. Other than that, it is vibrant, loads of glorious food, loads of things to do and explore so I definitely recommend it.
