Clean, comfortable and close to city centre. Windows facing away from the streets so you don't hear any noise from the street, which is great. Giulio is very kind and superb host, he even offered us to call or text him if we need anything. So I can highly recommend this place for your Naples visit. It is a super slow walk to main train station and about 15 min walk to historic centre, so location couldn't be better. He even provides you basic breakfast and 2 times in a week he brought us paistry for our breakfast, which was a really pleasant surprise.

You don't hear noise from the street but prepair yourself to hear everything people in the other room are doing. I was mostly awake around 6.30 because other guest were making coffee in the kitchen. And they weren't speaking loud, but I could hear everything they did. So if you have quieter or sleepier "neighbours" it is great.

Very good location near the station, metro, airport bus, historical center, to the port 10min walking. Kitchen is shared with another room and thanks to this fact we met very nice people from Spain. Guilio was very kind and helpful. He refill every day everything for breakfast and allowed us leave our baggage there till our departure. We can highly recommend this accomodation.

Street is noisy, dirty and looks little bit scary but I think it Is not dangerous even for women.

The property is very well maintained (except for the ACs) and location is very convenient if you plan to arrive by train or explore Campania from Napoli. Owner is very responsive and caring.

Location is good from a practical standpoint (close to station and city center), but the blocks in which the buidling is located are quite sketch and particularly dirty. The buidling itself is also in nasty condition, although the property itself is fully renewed. If you don't expect to leave or arrive late at night you will be fine, but something to consider if you are a woman travelling alone or with girlfriends. Other than that, the only other complaint was the AC not working. The room got really hot every nigth we were there. Hoping it can be fixed for the next guests!

Julio, the owner, was very accommodating. Anything you needed he helped you with. Breakfast was excellent. He left you things in the refrigerator you could prepare breakfast with. The room was big and comfortable.

I did not like the location because it did not feel safe. It was close to the central train station which was convenient and there was a lot of light in the street, but we were careful.

Super clean apartment fully renovated, well equipped with luxurious touches in the appliances and furniture. Big spacious rooms. It had all the amenities needed. Giulio was very welcoming and helped us with tips for our stay. The breakfast was awesome, we would find fresh bakery pastries every day and the refrigerator had everything we needed to have our breakfast. Plus nice espresso coffee to drink. You feel like home in this place.

It was quite humid and the air condition could work a little better. The neighbourhood can get a little bit intimidating late at nights but this is expected near a train station in every mayor city.

Without a doubt one of the best apartments I've ever stayed in. I was well received by the host, everything was very clean and organized, there was no lack of food and everything for a good breakfast. I recommend everyone to stay at this place, everything you need is just a few meters away.

There was nothing I didn't like. Everything was perfect.

Extremely clean apartment, brand new, fully renovated, well equipped. Big spacious room. It had all the amenities needed. Giulio was a great host! Even though we reached earlier, he straight away came to welcome us and show us the apartment. We would find fresh bakery pastries every day and the fridge was always full!

The neighborhood can get intimidating at night..

The apartment was very clean and well equipped. Our room was nice, spacious, and the bed was big and comfortable (which can be an important factor if you are travelling with someone who is about 2 meters tall). Our host Giulo was very nice and welcoming. He gave us very good tips on where to eat, so we tried 2 of his suggestions and were not disappointed. He also brought some home made Italian biscuits with chocolate spread, which were very delicious! In addition, he also allowed us to keep our backpacks in the apartment after check-out, which allowed us to enjoy an entire day in Naples, without carrying our backpacks around with us. Great value for money, we would definitely come back!

Naples can be quite loud, cars honking very often, and this can be heard in the apartment (just to know if you are a light sleeper). There was also some sewage smell coming from the bathroom, but if you close the door, it's not a real issue. These are the most I can think of, and even so, we would definitely come back.

Great host, clean and cosy apartment, fresh sweets in the morning, close to Piazza Garibaldi for Pompeii and Ercolano.

Maybe the neighnoirhood isn't the prettiest but it's convenient.
