The place was good and clean. The owner was communicative and gentle. He came every day to refill the fridge and food stuff and always brought sweets with him for us. Although the first impression of the neighbourhood is scary there is nothing to worry .

The only thing that I didn't like was the lift . As I was travelling with a baby I was travelling with a stroller. To enter the lift there are between 20-30 steps , and the lift is small, so you need to close the stroller to enter the lift and you can not fit 2 persons with the stroller. That was a big hassle for me and my baby.

Good breakfast choices, although we didn't use much. We would have preferred a fruit or two in the morning, rather than the eggs which we didn't even attempt to cook. The shower wasn't draining properly so by the end of the shower the water was at the ankles. Hopefully they sort it out for the next occupants.

Giulio was great, he was very attentive, provided locations to eat, catered to our food intolerances for breakfast and overall was excellent. The room was nice and spacious, the bed was fantastic, we slept like babies every night, the place is nice and quiet.

The neighbourhood around wasnt overly clean, but that's not his fault. The kitchen echoed loudly

The property was clean , comfortable and very reasonably priced . About a 3-5 minute walk to Piazza Garibaldi and the Metro , the centre is within walking distance if you don’t fancy public transport. The host Giulio was a friendly guy and very helpful, we would be happy to stay here again .

Clean, comfortable and close to city centre. Windows facing away from the streets so you don't hear any noise from the street, which is great. Giulio is very kind and superb host, he even offered us to call or text him if we need anything. So I can highly recommend this place for your Naples visit. It is a super slow walk to main train station and about 15 min walk to historic centre, so location couldn't be better. He even provides you basic breakfast and 2 times in a week he brought us paistry for our breakfast, which was a really pleasant surprise.

You don't hear noise from the street but prepair yourself to hear everything people in the other room are doing. I was mostly awake around 6.30 because other guest were making coffee in the kitchen. And they weren't speaking loud, but I could hear everything they did. So if you have quieter or sleepier "neighbours" it is great.

Very good location near the station, metro, airport bus, historical center, to the port 10min walking. Kitchen is shared with another room and thanks to this fact we met very nice people from Spain. Guilio was very kind and helpful. He refill every day everything for breakfast and allowed us leave our baggage there till our departure. We can highly recommend this accomodation.

Street is noisy, dirty and looks little bit scary but I think it Is not dangerous even for women.

Julio, the owner, was very accommodating. Anything you needed he helped you with. Breakfast was excellent. He left you things in the refrigerator you could prepare breakfast with. The room was big and comfortable.

I did not like the location because it did not feel safe. It was close to the central train station which was convenient and there was a lot of light in the street, but we were careful.

The property is very well maintained (except for the ACs) and location is very convenient if you plan to arrive by train or explore Campania from Napoli. Owner is very responsive and caring.

Location is good from a practical standpoint (close to station and city center), but the blocks in which the buidling is located are quite sketch and particularly dirty. The buidling itself is also in nasty condition, although the property itself is fully renewed. If you don't expect to leave or arrive late at night you will be fine, but something to consider if you are a woman travelling alone or with girlfriends. Other than that, the only other complaint was the AC not working. The room got really hot every nigth we were there. Hoping it can be fixed for the next guests!
