The hotel itself is clean, the rooms are spacious and the roof terrace is the real star of the show. Good breakfast as well, with barista coffee! This has got to be the best value for money with regards to the room, facilities and breakfast I’ve ever stayed at!

The location is good as it’s close to train station, but unfortunately it is in a bit of a poor area, although Naples in general is very similar everywhere you go with rubbish everywhere. This is such a shame as it would be such a charming city otherwise. It is also very noisy, I’m a very light sleeper and the traffic is loud all night long, but it does have double glazing and shutters, so for most people this won’t be an issue. It is also going to be like this wherever you stay in Naples as it’s just very chaotic city!

- nice and clean room - tasty breakfast and delicious Italian coffee - lovely rooftop with good ambience, ideal to have a drink after a hot day - a very comfortable bed - VERY friendly staff, it is my second time here, and it is good to see the same people here, young, ready to help, smiling :)

The only thing that I didn’t like was the fact that I could not take the food with me (to my room) that I was not able to eat in the hotel restaurant. I ordered bruschetta and the food was good but 6 pcs were just too much then. I can understand the prohibition to bring food from outside of the hotel, but it was the hotel food. It is just a feedback (food for thought :) for the management as it is pity to see so much food wasted every day in the world and in this case I would finish it but just two hours later....

The hotel is situated in a protected building, right in the center of Napoli so you get to experience the local vibes while being close to all stations and Spaccanapoli, an area filled with restaurants, bsrs and little shops. We loved the roof top bar, it was the main chilling spot, the spa (sauna and jacuzzi), as well as the hotel's restaurant. Many breakfast options! Very happy with how clean everything was. The staff was lovely and helpful (wish I knew everyone's name, a special thank you to Salvatore-you're a gem!)

The shower floor perhaps needed a step or a glass to not spill water around the bathroom but it was avoidable with some careful showering

My friend and I stayed here in two apartments. The apartments were very comfortable on the top floor, next to the reception, dining room, bar and the sun lounging area. The apartment itself wasn't huge, but big enough to be comfortable. The decoration was a little bit tired, but that was just a minor observation. The staff were lovely, particularly the drinks person and the lovely waitress. The facilities are the thing that makes this place stand out though. Two large jacuzzi and a huge number of every type of sun bed, lounger, twin bed type lounger you could think of all on the roof terrace. Breakfast is good, with either continental or English style available and can be taken inside or out. There is a restaurant available for lunch and dinner, with a reasonably priced menu. The main line railway station is only a 6 minute walk away.

If I was really honest, it's the location, not particularly where this hotel was, but the whole area. The roads and streets of Naples are very poor when it comes to cleanliness. We walked quite a bit in the area and it all seemed pretty much the same, rundown and unkept. We had already visited Rome and Florence, and other than the graffiti is kept in lovely condition, but Naples seems to be neglected and not particularly Italian. The one positive thing, prices. Compared to Florence and Rome, which are very expensive, Naples is much cheaper.

I can’t express how happy I am that we chose this hotel. Due to our busy schedule, we hadn’t been able to go on a honeymoon, so we picked this hotel in Naples for a special getaway — and it was perfect. Our room was beautiful, and they even gifted us a bottle of Prosecco for our honeymoon , which was such a thoughtful surprise. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the owner made us feel like part of a family. There was such a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout our stay. Breakfast was amazing — a wide variety of sweet and savory options, always fresh and delicious. Every morning we were served a different type of fresh fruit, which we really appreciated. We also used the spa services and highly recommend them to anyone staying here. We feel so lucky to have found such a warm, family-like environment in Naples, and we wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The room was large with 3 Juliet balconies overlooking the square. Very clean and the staff were lovely. Breakfast was excellent with a good range to chose from. We ate in the hotel on our arrival evening and it was nice and good value. Drinks very reasonable. Great connections - 5 min walk across the square to get the bus to the airport, 2 min walk to the metro which can take you all over Naples, near to the hop on hop off stop. Rooftop area was a real bonus - lovely to have somewhere to sunbathe when on a city break.

A bit noisy at night but this is just being in the centre of Naples so to be expected.

Staff were awesome and attentive Rooms were exactly what was anticipated Breakfast had an amazing display of food and tasty as well as freshly made coffee espresso and above attention to detail the rooftop absolutely no words to describe above and beyond awesome great views jacuzzi's on site free to people saying we are here in summer so whether was absolutely lifting the environment as well

Just because I've got to put a negative review on waiting for the left only because after a massive day walking around Naples checking out the sights you can clock up a lot of kilometers

We've just returned from a really enjoyable week in beautiful Napoli.I can't really fault this B&B as everything really was above our expectations. I have never slept so well when away from home, my room faced onto the inner courtyard and was totally silent. My son's room had a little balcony facing over the main road and whilst a bit noisy it didn't bother him. The staff were all lovely and the rooms were large and very clean. For those unsure about the location, for us it was perfect as we did several day trips so wanted to be close to the main transport hub. Napoli felt safe to us coming from a city in the UK with much greater problems with street gangs etc...so please don't be put off with comments saying the area isn't safe, its no different to if you were having a stay in for example in London or Manchester etc...

Not sure why it is only classed as 1+* but I am glad we took a chance and booked it. From the reception, to the rooms and the breakfast and rooftop area we couldn't fault anything. It is located virtually a 5 min walk to the bus and train station and 20+ mins to the port. People have commented on the area but you are central to everything and we didn't feel uncomfortable once. We are backpack travellers, stayed 5 nights, and it was perfect. Well done for offering everything we needed. The breakfast selection even set us up for the day!!
