The location is central, the area is what it is but there is a cafe directly next door to the property which is always busy. I liked that when you came through the main entrance into the courtyard it shut out the chaos. The property has character, it is in a typical Naples apartment block, my son used the lift I wouldnt😀. Once you get in the hotel it is nicely done out. Clean. We had an issue with water first morning. I contacted them and it was sorted out very quickly. Saw the lady the cleans and she was very friendly. Shower was hot and shower head that previous reviews mentioned has been replaced.

The checking in process was different. Not having someone on property but at the end of the day we had a great stay.

Like I said in the beginning of the review, the cleaning ladies were very sweet & asked if there was anything we needed. Nobody bothered us also which was nice. I had no problem there and would recommend them to A friend.

We got held up the layover airport so we were going to be very late. I contacted the Hotel & they were fine with it! Two thumbs up! 👍🏻👍🏻 When we arrived at the Hotel, it was very late & we were exhausted. I contacted the Hotel & I couldn’t get an immediate response. I was in A big panic because we were in the middle of Naples at 12am with no Hotel room. The Hotel did reach back to me on the phone and got we upstairs quickly. I would just say try to get back to the customers that are waiting to be let in quicker. That was the only little headache, but besides that the people running the Hotel are very good people that are professionals!

The room is very big and spacious with a double bed upstairs and lounge/kitchen/bathroom area downstairs.

Getting into the property was a struggle as there had been payment issues that we weren't made aware of until we arrived at the property. Our only option was to take an hour walk to hand cash as the payment link provided by them continued to decline my and my partner's cards. I think if someone was actually there at the property to greet you on arrival it would have been a lot better and to let us know there was an issue of payment before we had arrived so we could try and sort it out instead of having to walk an hour in 40-degree heat. The staff were however very apologetic and friendly.

The property was well located near Naples central train station and close to all the action. It was easy to access. The room was clean, and the communication was clear throughout.

The area was a little sketchy and dodgy at times, but nothing actually happened. I guess the main reason for this was because we were near the main train station.

The room and bathroom seemed tidy and had amazing aircon keeping the room cool at all times. Cleaners were also friendly and seemed to be about everymorning meaning if you had problems you could just ask them

It’s really well located, the staff were great! They’re very helpful and stayed with me on the phone until I was able to get into the B&B.

The shower head was wonky, barely had water coming out but it was fine. Able to take a shower normally.

What is liked most is the rooms setting because I had stayed in 2 different rooms there and the location is the best 👌

Convenient location, near the central station with intercity buses and trains, as well as metro and bus stops. You can walk to the central street, the Duomo, Supermarkets and shops are nearby.

The hotel is managed online, so there was some difficulty during check-in. Neighbors will help me

It was a good location and value for money. Clean, with great staff. Everything is managed remotely, so we never met them, but they were very helpful.

It's on the 4th floor and there are many steps to reach it. There is an elevator but we didn't feel too enthusiastic to use it because it looked quite small and not very reliable.
