The ladies at breakfast and the housekeeping staff were so kind and helpful. They even accommodated vegetarian requests for breakfast. The wifi worked very well. The room was spacious. The locating is only 3-5 minutes' walk from the Napoli Central Station/Garibaldi. Good price for the size of accommodation

Check-in was not easy; we had to call and wait for them around 9 pm because their buzzer was unanswered. The lift requires 10 cents to operate and doesn't always work. Most workers don't speak English, but they are very nice. Alessandro, who was the manager/owner, was very rude and demanded extra money at the end of our stay over a phone call. It left a very bad taste, and we probably would try another hotel the next time we come to Napoli.

The hotel was close to the train station. It was clean and very comfortable. I stayed 7 nights. The WIFI was excellent. I stayed with my 2 granddaughters and was made very welcome by the wonderful ladies who attended breakfast, they couldn’t have been more helpful. Breakfast was always good and great coffee. I will definitely stay again.

I love! I love! I love! I highly recommend this b&b hotel! I booked room number 505 from August 23rd to September 4th, 2023. The entrance to the hotel is located directly on Piazza Garibaldi, where you will find everything a tourist needs. Grocery stores, shops with local products, pharmacies, bars, restaurants, railway station (from where we can go to Possitano or Sorrento), and we can even buy fakes of original handbags or wallets :) The hotel is located on the 5th floor, where (fortunately there is an elevator). ), but you must remember to close the door, otherwise it won't work. I am very pleased with the room, which had a TV, working air conditioning and a balcony with a view of Piazza Garibaldi, which is especially impressive at night (you can also see Vesuvius from the balcony). The room has 3 beds (2 singles and 1 double), a spacious wardrobe, and a bathroom with everything you need. The staff is wonderful! The ladies were very helpful and nice, they cleaned and changed towels every day. I arrived in Naples quite early, but there was no problem with checking in early. I spent 12 days there and had no problem with ANYTHING! Some people write that the area is dangerous... Dear people, in every city in the world there are dangerous districts and people, so you have to be careful, keep your purse with you, but there are always police patrols there from the evening until late at night, so I felt safe there. I recommend it wholeheartedly! I will definitely come back!

Location is convenient for travelers — close to main Station and not far from the international airport! It is good for money they charge. 1-2 nights is ok.

Well, the main thing is to cross the square and the yard, to find an elevator and to get to the doors…. Inside the mini hotel everything is clean and comfortable, the lady at the reception was very friendly and kind.

The location of the place is right next to the main train and bus station. The room was clean, and the beds were comfy. The shower and toilet were okay, though the toilet fan was a bit noisy. Breakfast was very simple; some eggs and veggies would have been nice.

A very central location with a spacious room. Staff were polite. Good value for money. Convenient for public transport to other parts of the Bay of Naples and you have the option to walk or take transport into the centre.

A little rough around the edges with maintenance.

Everything was perfect and clean. The staff was very nice and helpful. Even though I arrived significatly earlier, I could get my room. The location is superb for everyone coming from the airport. Plus it can be a good hub for daytrips.

They let us check in early and the air conditioning worked very well! Also, the breakfast was very nice as well as the ladies who served it.

The single bed upstairs is very hard but the couch is very comfortable.

The staff are very kind and helpful always trying to help and communicate with you. Very well located in Garibaldi, in front of the station in which you can take the train to Pompeii. 10 minutes by walk from the center of Naples.

Everything was good to be honest, they should have a better rating.

We liked the location (easy to get to / from the airport and to reach the city centre. Metro was just a few steps away as well. Also, the AC was very good (outside the weather was boiling hot and AC saved lives :)). Room services each day.

There was only one window / door so it was very dark. We had to switch on the light even in the daytime. It was too dark. The balcony was very small and there were scaffolding and constructions going on so it wasn't able to go there. Wifi was quite slow. Especially in the second floor (where the bed is). Our time to check our was until 11.30, but the staff was knocking on the door a few mins after 11 so I felt rushed.
