Exceptional stay – great value and amazing view! We had a fantastic stay at B&B Hotel Napoli. When we arrived, we were unexpectedly upgraded to a better room with three comfortable beds instead of two, and a private terrace with a beautiful view of Mount Vesuvius. We don’t know why we got the upgrade, but we really appreciated it! The entire hotel was exceptionally clean — truly spotless — and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was varied and satisfying, more like a brunch with fresh fruits, hot food, pastry and cake , yogurt, coffee, and drinks. The location is right at Piazza Garibaldi, next to the central station, which made it easy to get around the city. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Great value for the price. Highly recommended!

Location is really convenient for Ali bus from the airport, metro lines 1 and 2 and trains from Garibaldi Station. A short walk to the historic centre of Naples. I was upgraded to a room with a balcony, which was a wonderful surprise and gave a beautiful view over the bay and the city. Room was clean and comfortable.

Not really much the hotel could do but there were fireworks being set off both nights and I could hear them even with the balcony door and windows closed.

The hotel is in a great location, literally opposite the station and a 20euro drive from the airport. All major attractions were within walking distance even for our 9 and 10 year old. We atayed in a family room for 4 and the room itself was amazing, on the top floor with a huge balcony overlooking vesuvius. Seperate room for the kids to sleep in, free WiFi, air conditioning, and super comfy beds! The staff were all very friendly and pleasant. The breakfast provided a good start to the day and overall we couldn't have asked for more.

Yes the area isn't great and there are definately groups hanging out in the square. We came home most nights after dark and although there were people hanging about no one caused any trouble. I would say the pros far outweigh any cons and I wouldn't hesitate to book and stay again.

The hotel is in very central location on the Garibaldi Square. It is in a historic building with high ceilings, and the rooms were newly decorated. The building has a roof terrace overlooking the town, the sea and Mount Vesuvius. The location is in walking distance from the historic center of Napoli. You can also reach some of the famous pizzerias by foot. Getting to the hotel was quite easy as well. It is on the same square with the central train station and there are bus and shared taxi service from the Airport to the central station only for 5 Euro/person. We have rented a car from central station and that was also easy to pick up and return.

B&B Hotel Napoli is conveniently located in Piazza Garibaldi which is perfect if you're using Alibus to get to and from the airport (the bus stop is between the Central Station and Corso Garibaldi). Other than being in a lively and central location close to some good shops and cafes, it's very easy to walk from here to a number of key attractions. The rooms at the hotel are spacious and incredibly clean with daily housekeeping available. It should be noted that the pillows here are some kind of magic! The team at the hotel were warm and inviting and gave us useful advice on how to get around the city. A special thanks to everyone we met at the front desk, especially Giuseppe. Near train station, 24 hour desk, rooms were secure, clean, quiet, comfortable, air conditioned, amenities I liked ,elevator, breakfast buffet well stocked , friendly staff. Everything worked properly. Around the property are inexpensive coffees, and eats. Hotel has a secure room for luggage if you leave it to your on the last day. Taxi’s are easy at the street.

Re: near the train station as in many locations, We arrived in the dark and though it was easily walkable we ended up walking the wrong direction (my fault) and at night I was afraid for my safety around the entrance. So arrive in daylight, or taxi around the block.

VERY convenient to Central station. Staff spoke English well & were very personable. The switch to my toilet broke and I was given another room quickly. There was a mishap/typo with new room code and it turned the situation into a funny one! Breakfast was $9.50, a bit pricey but the variety, convenience & replenishing made it worth the cost, Eggs, bread, meat, cheese, yogurts, juice, coffee, fruit, sweets, The kebob place 3 steps away (next door) was VERY welcome after Naples for a few days. It is at the Central Station, YES, it's a bit sketchy. Be smart! The famous Sfogliatelle calde Attanasio is steps away. Hot water always available. Roof top view area was a treat! Nice Lobby. Second room had a smart TV. Seems like police & staff have a good relationship. Front desk 24/7.

One elevator had a funky smell. Sheets & towels could use an upgrade. USB ports in every room (I'm guessing the rooms with the desks have the UBS ports). The area was a bit "gritty" , but expected.

The staff were really helpful and kind. They were excellent at speaking English for us. The room had air con on a warm week and the roof terrace is really something to see. All the facilities were exceptional. Ideal location to get to lots of restaurants and to view the area.

As this is located near the centre the road is busy and you can hear lots of cars and noise from the street even though we were high up on the third floor. Curtains were not that dark so woke up early as the sun rose.

Great location near the station, which was great for us as we had to be at the airport early. Could see mount vesuvius too from the small balcony! Great spacious shower and clean room.

No kettle facilities in the room. The hotel is surrounded by busy, main roads. Even with the windows closed it’s very loud. Some better sound proofing would be great.
