Spacious, clean, nicely decorated, friendly owner.

The area around central station is quite rough. The room does not have a AC controller which is not very convenient. I have to send a message to the owner to turn on the AC if I want the AC in an irregular hour.

Comfortable bed, clean unit, helpful host. On the main square of train stations so it's easy to come and go from Naples but typical sketchy vibe of a train station area - keep your eyes open and bags close and you should be fine (as in general in the city!)

Host holds the controller for the AC in each room HOWEVER he is easy to reach to ask for adjustments - he's just trying to avoid wasting electricity usage

Our room was lovely, very spacious and clean. Our host was great! We had several questions about location and nearby services. He was more than accommodating! I would definitely recommend this property, especially if Naples is a transition location for you.

This is a separate room in an apartment. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The host (both of them) was very welcoming, explained house rules and nearest places for food.

The usual challenge in Neapolis - street noise. Air conditioning is adjusted automatically by host only - not comfortable if you like your own room comfort settings.

The B&B is well located, right next to the train station. The host welcomed us with coffee and lots of tips about Naples and the surrounding area and the room is very clean and tastefully decorated, so you immediately feel at home.

What irritated us a bit is that the host installed cameras in many places in the building and in the B&B. On a regular basis we got instructions/comments on WhatsApp when the cameras had captured something again. We therefore inevitably asked ourselves whether we were actually being monitored. It is certainly only meant nicely, but leaves a strange feeling.

B&B Binario 39 is an oasis of calm in busy Napoli. The area around the station isn’t the nicest but we’ve loved staying here, it’s clean and large and the breakfast was fantastic. The team went above and beyond to help us with our bags when we first arrived and helping us with taxi to the airport etc. Definitely recommend!

The people are friendly and give good food recomendations. The appartment we stayed in was quiet. There is a small lift in the building which looks very old but works well. The building itself especially inside has a nice old movie vibe. The room and bathroom were very clean and had nice towels. If you want to visit other cities, the close railwaystation and bus station make it easy and fast.

The neighborhood ouside the building at late evenings so just use a common sense and you will not have any bad experience.
