I had a fantastic experience at this hotel in Naples. It had everything I wanted at a great price. I recommend it to anyone looking to enjoy their holiday in Naples or those visiting for work. The hotel is conveniently located close to essential amenities, just two minutes from the land station and opposite Guiseppe Garibaldi Square, where many concerts are held. The staff is fantastic, friendly, and English-speaking, which is excellent for those who don't speak Italian. If I ever return to Naples, I would book this hotel again. 

The fridge isn't cooling very well, but it's not a big deal.

The staff was very friendly and helpful: we arrived early and they offered to store our luggage free of charge. The room was cleaned daily. Great location, close to the central train station and the metro station (Piazza Garibaldi); lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The room had a very specific 70's feeling about it, that I actually enjoyed! The TV screen is very small by today's standards, but more than sufficient: I rarely watch TV on vacations.

The shower in the bathtub was usable, but not functioning properly. You had to be careful not to get water on the bathroom floor. Or, use the bathtub instead of taking shower, time permitting (after properly cleaning it: it was not, as we arrived). A hallway wall should be renovated.

we weren’t expecting much, but we were surprised at the cleanliness and functionality of the hotel - for our needs it was perfectly located on Piazza Garibaldi. The staff were all great.

Nothing really.

The hotel is close to the railway station and to rhe metro station. There is a conditioner which is very good because in summer it is very hot in Napoli. The stuff is friendly and communicate in English. The room is small but enough for one person.

The light is not enough if you want to read in the evening and make up, not enough sockets to charge your gadgets. All other things I didn't like don't refer to the hotel but to the city.sevices.

The location right next to the train station was a huge plus. The staff was nice and helpful. The room was how we expected, it had all basic necessities that we could need. The AC was a lifesaver in mid-august.

The area felt a bit unsafe, especially at nights. We were aware of that so we avoided walking there late at night. In the end it was not a problem for us, but if we had wanted to go see the nightlife of Naples, we probably would have opted for a hotel in a safer area.

Perfect location for train, metro and bus routes. Staff were amazing, welcoming and willing to help and advise us with any questions we had. We had a safety deposit box in the room which was free. If your looking for somewhere close to the station and you just want a bed and a shower then this is the place for you. We would definitely stay here again I've stayed in napoli before and know how dodgy it can be at night around garabaldi, but we had no issues what so ever. If your walking around with flashy watches, jewellery ect then you look like a target for pick pockets. Keep your bag close and if you have zips on your pockets even better.

Extremely reasonably priced ; in a very busy location - convenient to Central Station..... Great space & felt completely safe ..... Very friendly Reception & staff. Reception gave valuable advice from satety to where to eat .

Due to Covid Breakfast or Coffee wasn't available - However the street & station are full of great options....

The hotel staff fully professional and very friendly, along with an lovable hotel maid who explained everything to us on the first day and made the room available to us right after arrival, a big plus and greetings! The location of the hotel as well as the amenities 100% met our expectations :) We recommend!

Great location just 5mins from train station, to get trains e.g. to vesuv, pompei, amalfi coast.. City centre is about 25mins walk. Rooms look exactly like in the pictures. I had bit darker room, but when you just sleep there, it is ok. My room was turned into the yard, so there was very quiet. Sheets are changing everyday, room was always clean. Staff is very friendly and recommended me nice restaurant close by, it was great decision. it is great hotel for reasonable price. i will return again.
