Super good for that price. Breakfast was fine (nothing special but totally fine). Room was really clean and nice. Shower is bit small but totally ok. Location is really close to the train station, which is perfect. Lots of people say they didnt like the location in the comments but first - you knew it before you coming and second - what do you expect. Napoli is all really dirty so this part is definitely not worse than the others. I will totally recomend it.

Everything was fine for us.

Mainly the location - close to the Centro Antico, close to Bus and train station, as well as the size of the room. No complain about breakfast too.

Not even one picture/sort of decoration in the room, courtain that should be replaced long ago, no mirror (except of the one at the toilette, no fridge, and mostly - missing a person at the reception (when she was there she was kind and helpfull, no toilette there too)

Great location on the side of the main train station and metro. Close to the shops and walking distance to the main touristic sites. Entrance is nice.

The Breakfast could be improved. The male staff doing breakfast really didn’t want to work, he wasn’t replenishing anything. We also didn’t have a minibar or mini fridge in the room, which is basic. The entrance is also a bit misleading. The building is share between multiple “hotels”, one in each floor.

The Hotel is near Napoli Centrale train station, there are regional trains and metro lines. The center is away about 2-2.5km. The breakfast was ok, staff also, especially girl in the reception. Clean room with ac and tv, and terrace. I would come back again.

The neighborhood was little dirty, but Napoli is very dynamic.

Hotel was easy to access from the Napoli Centrale train station. Staff was friendly and very welcoming. Check-in was easy, digital check-in online was also possible. Hotel was exactly as in the pictures. Our room was quite big (for two), neat, bright and was basically spotless. To mention about comforts, the room had a big flat screen TV and an air heat pump to control the room temperature. Also a free Wi-fi was provided and it worked very well for us. Breakfast room was bright and very nice and there was enough options for us to choose. They also took into account my gluten-free request and had arranged options for me too.

Location. Although near the train station is abit more dodgy but overall is good. Staff is good and friendly and there’s a cute golden retriever welcoming u at the lobby. Super cute.

I don’t like the smart lock for the room. Took me 10 mins to get in the room.

Very friendly staff and great location. The aircondition was not work properly in the room but after my request, they changed the room without hesitation which is higlhy appreciated! Breakfast also really nice with a charming teras.

Elevator is slow

Check-In was perfect. Code for main-door, room and wifi was sent in advance. This is really convenient, saves time and gives flexibility. Room was very clean! Very good located as you need 5 min. to the station and 15 min. to the old town by foot. All in all really good value for the price!

You have to be careful while showering, otherwise you'll flood the bathroom. But it's still ok.

The communication with the hotel was easy. Room was nice and clean. Air-conditioning working perfectly. The location was easy to find, train station was really close (like 5min walk). When you arrive late at night, they will provide you with all of the information, how to get in etc. Very simple and easy process.
