Although this is a b&b the rooms and bathrooms are to a hotel standard and furnished and presented to a high standard. It is a 10-minute easy walk from Naples Centrale station. The property is safe and secure. Breakfast is the typical Italian b&b breakfast which consists of fresh sweet croissants and espresso coffee or tea paired with juices, yoghurt, toast, cereal. Antonio is the perfect host who will go to great lengths to make the stay great and accommodate any preferences such as I wanted Special K cereal which he went out and got for me. He also recommended several delightful and reasonably priced local non-touristy family-run restaurants which were nothing short of amazing. This is a b&b that I will continue to return to for many years to come.

Toni is a great host. He prepared our breakfast each morning consisting of croissants or his homemade cake, yogurt, banana,fresh orange juice & coffee. Always checking if we’d had enough before we’d finished. Very helpful with giving advice about what/where to go and took us on a 3hr trip in his own car around Naples taken us to hidden gems which we enjoyed. The room was spotlessly clean and cleaned each day. There is a range of toiletries which are free to use. I would recommend staying here for a lovely time in Naples. The bathroom was very clean and modern with nice fixtures. The room size was good, bed comfortable. The best part of the stay was the host, who went the extra mile in every way. By arrangement, we were picked up from the train station, given driving tours of the city area, transfers to attractions, and transfer to the airport. Breakfast was flexible to preference. Host had our clothing washed and dried much to our satisfaction.

Location was busy and chaotic but the accommodations were well insulated from the street.

Toni is the best host you could ask for. When you stay with him, you are treated like family. He insisted on making us a lovely breakfast even though our flight was so early and then even brought us to the airport. It was a very kind and unexpected gesture for sure! I hope to see him again. Room was clean.

The room itself was plain and not with any particular style. We also didn't really like staying near the central station of Naples. There are other areas that are more enjoyable to walk out into for sure.

A room with cleanliness and decent space. In the bathroom there are a lot of things you may need (even lady pads!). The place is located near the Napoli Centrale. The host is attentive and proactive about making sure you have a pleasant stay since before your arrival. On my first arrival I went out of the way, I walked too far from the place, but Toni (the host) managed to pick me up as he understood that I might be tired from travelling. That's very kind of him.

Amazing host from the get go, he helped guide me to parking and showed places to visit. The room is very modern and nice. Breakfast was awesome if he offers tiramisu make sure to try it! Many attractions are in walking distance, and a metro station is not far either. Overall I highly recommend!

Some nearby streets can look a bit sketchy but it was okay even at night.

We stayed 5 days in this B&B and the experience was better than thought, the neatness and cleanliness of the rooms is a 10/10, and the quality of everything, top. The rooms have all the comforts (wifi, AC, electric blinds, TV, fridge with drinks, safe, etc..), and well equipped bathrooms with italian design. It was very nice to come back to such a cozy place after a tiring day of exploring. The facility is pretty close to the central bus and metro station. Toni, the owner, is an easygoing and helpful person and an expert in all related to Napoli and its culture. He also picks you up and takes you to the airport, and offers interesting tours around in his own car. He only speaks italian, which is the expected, but the communication was totally fluid and in all it added to enrich the experience :) oh and you have to try his tiramisu.. great breakfasts too! Wanna say thank you for everything and recommend this B&B to everyone who visits Naples. Spero di ripetere presto... Grazie mille!!

Perfect location - central station ant historical centre is nearby (about 10 minutes by foot to the Porta Capuana). Room was bigger then I expected, clean and comfortable. Very kind and helpful owner. Breakfast was in local style - coffee and cornetto (like croissant, but Italian version is even better) or some traditional Naples pastries, freshly baked. I like to stay there.

Tony’s attention to detail was amazing. He offered to collect us from the airport and show us around the city. We could not have found a better host. His home made cake was superb. The amenities in the bathroom were more extensive than I ever seen in any accommodation and the bar fridge was very full with a huge variety. It was very close to the main train station where the tours all started.

Comfortable, clean and spacious rooms, perfect for a stay in Naples. We were particularly impressed with the fresh and beautifully presented breakfast every morning. The central location is ideal for exploring the city or basing yourself for trips more further afield. Toni is a great host, paying attention to every detail, offering assistance and recommendations and always willing to go the extra mile, ensuring our stay was enjoyable
