The location was a few minutes walk from Piazza Garibaldi, and the main station and both main metro lines, plus a few restaurants etc. The room was very large. The owner Vittorio was communicative and helped me get from the airport and on regular email contact. There was daily housekeeping, a good size bathroom, and airconditioning. There were some food preparation facilities where necessary and always just a few minutes wlak eg for a coffee or shop. There was a desk which was useful for using a laptop, with several chairs.

A problem with keys and access, multiple keys were required for the building and they did not all work for me, although other residents let me in. I had to communicate with the owner to get from the airport, initially he suggested a bus or taxi, but I would then have been locked out. The house internet did not work for 2 days. The local street from the square whilst fine during the day looked a bit dangerous after dark.

There's Vittorio, running the place and Rosanna she's helping with cleaning. Both very kind people. The bed was firm as I like, which is important for me; I need to have my good night's sleep.. very comfortable. They clean the room every day.. unless you ask them not to :) I accidentally ripped one of the head towels and that wasn't a problem at all for Vittorio. I was ready to pay for it but he told me that everything was fine. Both Vittorio and Rosanna were always helpful and they always have sincere smiles on their faces. Genuine people with professionalism. This is one of the best locations you could get in Napoli. Just minutes away from the city's central train and bus station. The price was affordable for the quality.

The noise from the traffic.. but this is a price you have to pay if you stay next to a central area.

The owner /host was very kind and helpful. He communicated well about how to get there and where to park. I could tell that a lot of thought and care was put into the small details of setting up the space. It was quiet and comfortable.

The location is convenient for public transport and the tourist area, and the building felt safe (5 keys to get in and several security cameras). But I felt a tiny bit nervous walking back at night from the tourist area though. I think it is fine though if you pay attention.

The host was very nice and replied promtly to our messages. A short walk away from the historic centre and train station. Some reviews say the area is sketchy but we didn't really experience that, we never felt unsafe.

Everyone was very helpful. The communication with the host was easy and very friendly. We were provided with extra equipment which help us massively, as we were traveling with kids. Room was very clean. We had access to extra towels and linens. During our stay, the host cleaned our room few times. Linen and towels were white and washed properly. No stains, very fresh. Very close to the main train station, and to the airport bus. Easy access to all trains, and underground to travel around Naples or other cities (Pompeii, Sorrento, Rome etc). Very close to the very popular tourist street, with shops and restaurants. It is a big shame that only Piazza Garibaldi (Central Train station), doesn't look nice. It was very sad and terrifying seeing all the dirt, trashes, and lots of homeless people. :(

It is a shame that there are not many beaches in Naples, and we had to travel by underground to get to one. We would recommend for the host to provide on the balcony a stand for the wet swimming costumes etc :) The top bank bed should have a protection frame, so the kid can't fell off from the top bed. It was a bit scary for us.

Very Nice communication with the owner. Safe appartment next to the central station. Transport from and to the airport was arranged as We arrived late in the evening. I Can surely recommend this place.
