The hotel reception was very warm and friendly and everything was clean spic and span.

It is a good option for short term stay as the railway station Is literally next corner. The city center can be reached in less than 10 minutes straight walk from the hotel. The receptionist helped us book a taxi at a responsable price for the Airport and he was helpful overall.

The area around is not recommented for families. It Is a very naughty place, perhaps dangerous too.

A good room in a central location. I was able to sleep well and work on my laptop as needed – there is a table available and the wireless internet connection is good.

The room wasn’t especially big (not a lot of space around the bed) and there was quite little leg-space under the table (but it was still okay).

Great location next to the station for a great price. The rooms are good and cleaned daily. The staff are exceptional, both receptionists are really nice and gave great recommendations for food and travel options. Would definitely recommend!

The AC in our room was a little weak

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nigths. It was a family vacation with my husband. We had late check-in and didn't pay for this. In this hotel there is a kitchen, but it doesn't work (although you can ask for microwave and cups). In the room there is a bed, a cupboard, a sink (that was surprising), a stool, a bedside table, TV, a fan and air conditioning. Hotel and rooms are very clean, they change the towels everyday! There isn't a kettle, but if you want some hot water, you can ask for this on reception. Bathroom and toilet are common on the floor. This hotel has a very good location, you can walk to the train station in 10 min. There are good cafes, shops, attractions, kebabs etc near hotel. Sound insulation is poor, but it is a very good hotel for this price. We are happy with this place!

The room was big and clean, most of the staff really friendly and helpful. The hotel does not look like much from the outside but is nice and clean from the inside. It is not far from the central train station which is very convenient.

The hotel advertises breakfast as part of their rates but the breakfasts are not available due to covid. It would be quite nice to have this mentioned somewhere. Also, the booking confirmation stated the total amount and that no further fees would apply but on the spot I got charged with some extra fee or tax.

The location is really great, that's the main advantage of the hotel. It's super close to the train station without being in the most sketchy sections of the neighborhood. They also have a late checkout (11:30 AM) which I appreciated since we checked in super late. There's always someone at the reception, so that was great as well; we didn't have to check beforehand about extra costs for late check ins. The room itself was okay, the bed was comfy and the bathroom was not too small. Keep in mind that the building is very old, but even so the room had a great AC.

The guy that checked us in had a lot of problems with their system; we were trying to book for that same night but since we arrived after midnight the system didn't let him select the day before as a check in date, so that was very stressful. Other than that, they did not provide any soap or shampoo for the shower, but it wasn't a deal breaker.

Hotel is good enough for its money. I found location very easy. Reception work almost 24/7. Man on reception is very kind and speak English. He printed the map of the city and showed places of interest on it. Bathroom and air conditioner were good. Location of hotel is also ok, its very close to railway station, where you can go to Vezuvio and Pompei by train. I've seen comment about this location and big amount of Afro-Italians but I don't see any problems with it. They don't disturb anyone, just do their work, trying to sell various trinkets.

There were no windows in room, BUT it is also can be a plus, because chaotic traffic in Naples with permanent signals was not heard in the room.

The hotel is close to the main train station which makes it quite good as a base if you're planning to go to places like Pompei. A lot of reviews complain about the area, but the area is perfectly fine. It's not as nice as the main old town, but it is just as safe. It can feel a bit chaotic, but that's just Napoli in general to be honest. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They gave us a map and some good recommendations on arrival. It's clear they really want the place to succeed and make every effort to ensure you have what you need. The room was fine. I've stayed in nicer, but I've also stayed in a lot worse. Given we booked last minute and didn't have many options, I was more than happy with the property for the price I paid. If you just need somewhere to stay in Naples for a couple of nights on a budget, this hotel is a good option. Would I stay here again? Yes.

My biggest criticism is that our bedsheets had a noticeable stain on them upon arrival. While this is easily fixed, whoever is changing the bedsheets at the property needs to do better to spot these kinds of things as it's not pleasant for guests to discover. However, this can happen at any budget hotel honestly, and the property easily deserves a better rating.

just a short walk from central station, very clean room with good window blinds for darkness and airco, very comfy (more on the hard side, which i like) mattress, charming, helpful staff. i was allowed to check in earlier.
