Villa Ketty absolutely outdid every expectation we had. Antonio, his family and all the staff truly went above and beyond to give us a taste of Italian hospitality and la dolce vita. I have very little words to describe how kind, loving and friendly all the members from the staff were. Il papa handing out fresh flower bouquets, lovely sweets and limoncello from Sylvia and the cutest dog Cicco coming to say hi every now and then when sunbathing under the lemon trees. Not to mention the wonderful local and homemade food. The breakfast is absolutely otherworldly with countless local, organic and homemade ingredients. There’s no “standard” hotel buffet that comes close to this! Also dinner is tremendous with a new Neapolitan dish every day. Lastly, the location is absolutely breathtaking: Having the most gorgeous view over the Vico Equense bay eand Vesuvius and Napoli in the distance. A sunset dinner here is not only mandatory but priceless! The train station with easy connection to Pompeii, Sorrento and Napoli is a 10 min walk (quite hilly but worth every step along the way). We are definitely coming again. Grazie mille!!!

Nothing, perfection

Villa Ketty is an absolute gem! We stayed for 4 days as a group of friends. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left Antonia & his amazing team couldn't do enough for us. Nothing is too much trouble. The villa is set up in the hills with a spectacular view. The food is all locally sourced & top quality! We had a triple room which was large, comfortable, spotlessly clean but quite basic. Special thanks to Denise for her incredible breakfast (i wont spoil the surprise), Ferdando for his cocktail making, Mario his hospitality.... even picking lemons for us to try (so fresh & sweet you can eat the whole thing!).

The reviews praising this hotel to the skies are all true! Its location is great, nestled in the hillside with stunning views overlooking Vico Equense and across the bay of Naples, and the atmosphere created by the wonderful hosts, Antonio and Denise, is a huge part of its charm. Everything is made easy, and all of the staff are very helpful and friendly. We arrived by train and were given a number to call on arrival so that we could be collected by car and taken up the narrow road to the hotel (and during our stay we could always ask for a car to take us down the hill or call the number Antonio gave us for a lift from the bottom). It was a great base for exploring the area as we could easily walk to the station in Vico Equense and catch the train to visit Pompeii, Herculaneum and Sorrento (but watch out if you want to catch the Campania Express as you can only buy tickets online, not at the station). The breakfast was amazing with a wide selection of delicious produce (cheeses, ham, fruit, salad) and superb homemade flans/quiches, delicacies and cakes, and we enjoyed eating in the hotel in the evening too as there was a different choice of a few dishes on a blackboard each day which were beautifully cooked, so that although it was easy to go into Vico Equense in the evening, it was nice to have the option of eating at the hotel too. There was plenty of space to sit out on the terrace and take in the spectacular views with a drink, and the pool looked very inviting although we didn't try it out in October. To cover all the bases I should add that our room was comfortable (lovely bed), peaceful, clean and well-equipped. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough and we would return in a heartbeat.

Staying at Villa Ketty was truly a highlight of our trip. Vico Equense is the Città del Gusto, and Villa Ketty embodies that spirit. Breakfast was absolutely over the top—farm-to-table, incredibly fresh, beautifully prepared, and plated with care. Antonio and his wife, Denise, were beyond hospitable, going out of their way to make us feel welcome. We had not planned to eat dinner there every night, but after the first experience we never wanted to go anywhere else. They even accommodated my gluten-free and dairy-free needs with ease, and our kids loved every meal. The ambiance was perfect—after days of sightseeing, coming back to relax by the pool, enjoy fresh squeezed lemonade or a glass of wine from their vineyard, and soak in the atmosphere was heavenly. Fernando was wonderful and attentive, always ready to assist and help with every detail. The entire staff was top-notch, and we cannot say enough good things about them. The property itself is stunning, with breathtaking views and sunsets. Transportation was simple, whether arranging rides from the meeting point, the parking garage, or the train station. Antonio also provided excellent suggestions and support for planning our days along the Sorrento and Amalfi coast. Villa Ketty is exceptional in every way, and we will recommend it wholeheartedly to anyone visiting the Sorrento/Amalfi area.

Everything! Nice clean rooms with daily made service. Super comfortable king size bed with memory foam pillows - extremely comfortable, in our opinion. Antonio and Fernando, and all the other staff are simply amazing! The grounds and pool are beautiful. Breakfast was good and a stunning presentation! Probably the most friendly and accommodating staff of any place we have ever stayed. Had planned to eat meals in nearby town or Sorrento but the food was excellent here and the million dollar ocean views could not be beat. We ate at Villa Ketty five nights in a row and loved everything we ate. Enjoyed our meals better than the meals we had in Rome. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.:-)

There was not one thing I did not like. The only recommendation I would have would be to have a small table and a couple of chairs in each room. Our room, number 16, was very spacious, and there would have been room to put a small table and two chairs. Not a complaint though. I would stay in that room again.

There are not enough words to describe this place. You arrive in Paradise. Villa Ketty Resort is a splendid place where you can breathe the air of Italy. Villa Ketty is a fairy tale where I definitely fall in love with that area. We started our journey on Amalfi Coast with Vico Equense and we were lucky to find wonderful people at Villa Ketty. The breakfast reflects the passion of Villa Ketty’s owner to make all their guests feel perfect, the infinite variety of cheese, the hand made cakes, the taste of the food….The view…. OMG, it can be described, you must go there. And the people are absolutely special, very kind, nice, and polite. Humanity won the big pride here, with these wonderful people. We will definitely come back to Villa Ketty. Next year will be there, for sure. You can go there to rechage your battery, to read, to write, to enjoy your family only, and to stay with yourself, to rink a good coffe, to admire the view, to drink a good wine, or just to breath the Paradise. Our stay at Villa Ketty Resort was nothing short of amazing. It completely spoiled us for the start of our two-week vacation around Italy. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and hospitality from Fernando. Checked in by Antonio, the owner and immediately he made you feel like you were home. Antonio and his family have poured so much love and passion into this resort, and it shows in every detail. The entire staff was incredibly friendly, and of course, we adored the sweetest hotel dog, Libion! We booked the triple room. The rooms are very clean, beautifully decorated, and spacious enough for a family of three or even four. We spent plenty of time at the pool, which was wonderfully relaxing, with the sun hitting it perfectly midday. We took advantage of all the meals cooked on the property. Lunch and dinner are a simple pre-fix menu, but every single dish was delicious and well-priced. Breakfast? Let’s just say I’ve been ruined for the rest of my trip—now I’m stuck with basic, boring breakfasts everywhere else 😆😭😆. Villa Ketty truly has everything you need for a relaxing stay.

Not that I disliked this, but others may find this a little difficult if they’re not aware or used to this type of arrangement. Parking is located at Pizza a Metro (free), and they pick you up upon arrival and drop you off at departure. They also offer complimentary rides to a meeting point close to town. You do have decent phone signal to be able to message the staff. I suggest message before you get to the meeting point. The hotel is perched on a hillside, and while the views are breathtaking, the roads are narrow—so driving your own vehicle up isn’t recommended. This property would be not be recommended for someone with mobility issues. There are stairs and uneven surfaces.

We read amazing reviews here, but the villa reality exceeded our expectations! Everything here was perfect, the rooms, the service, the hospitality, the atmosphere and the perfect food. Spacious rooms, furnished in country atmosphere with a separate entrance. Super clean rooms, include air conditioning, an amazing bathroom, a small refrigerator, a kettle, tea and coffee. The view from the rooms and from all corners of the villa is simply breathtaking! In the center of the villa is a fairly large pool, sun beds and lots of hiding places where you can catch a moment of peace. The service we received from Antonia, his wife and the rest of the team was simply impeccable, warm, pleasant and they did everything in their power to make us feel at home, starting with the personal serving of breakfasts, amazing tips about the area and just a friendly and pleasant conversation! The owners of the villa have a private indoor parking lot in the town center, where you can park for free. The owner and staff will happily and quickly pick you up at a parking lot or other location in the town. But there is no need for a car in the town itself, you can easily and quickly reach anywhere on foot. The town where the villa is located is in a strategic location, you can easily reach Naples, Sorrento or Pompeii by train or by car to all the towns on the Amalfi Coast. You can take a cruise to Capri, Antonio can also help with this. In conclusion, we had a perfect experience that we will never forget! Highly recommended!!! Definitely a perfect place, to which we will definitely return!

Every single minute from arrival. Antonio and Denise along with every single member of staff are the best hosts... friendly, helpful, attentive and welcoming. The room was amazing (we had number 10) with a stunning view across the bay, down to the beach and up to the mountains. The place is set on levels as you'd expect and the layout is superb. The pool is great as is the bar and dining area. Breakfast is a theatrical experience and the food was delicious. We walked easily to the beach but there's other options if it's not a choice to walk. Libion is a lovely friendly little dog as well who loves a bit of attention. Cannot recommend Villa Ketty highly enough.... outstanding. Thank you!

Absolutely nothing not to like

The hotel far exceeded our expectations and is one of the best accommodations we have ever experienced. Both the view and the location are simply breathtaking. The host couple and the entire team (Chiara, Felice, Fernando) are extremely accommodating and always attentive to their guests. Breakfast was an absolute highlight—the beautifully designed breakfast room and the option to dine both indoors and outdoors made the experience unforgettable. We've never had such a delightful breakfast! Mainly regional or homemade products are used. This hotel is truly unique and comes highly recommended.
