On the positive side, the location is great, t’s very close to the train and bus station, which is a big advantage if you’re arriving by public transport. However, the neighborhood where the hotel is located felt quite chaotic, especially in the evening. There were a lot of drunk people, pickpockets, homeless individuals, and people clearly under the influence of drugs on the streets around the area. It felt intimidating and made me quite anxious every time I had to return to the hotel. That being said, the hotel itself was very good. The rooms were clean and tidy and housekeeping was done daily with fresh towels provided. The reception staff were extremely friendly, helpful and communicative, they assisted me with everything I needed during my stay. Overall, the hotel offers good service, but it’s important to be aware of the area it’s in.

One downside, however, was the strange noises during the night, which disturbed my rest. There were odd sounds, possibly related to plumbing or running water, that woke me up several times throughout the night and made it difficult to sleep peacefully.

some noise from the road below in week days during morning. i asked for double bed and i got two single beds connected. it was ok and bigger but i mention this bcos i did ask for a double bed when i booked and i got a positive answer.

The young couple who was working in the reception, They were very helpful people. If I go back to Napoli I will stay there again :)
