Good quality-performance ratio. Good location. Overall satisfying for *most* of the basic needs. Spent a very good vacation in Naples.

The first morning, the lady from staff knocked on our door but we were sleeping. When we didn’t answer she just unlocked the door and burst right into our room. We were shocked and from that night we left the keys on the door after locking. They still tried to enter every morning though but they failed. Also no one speaks english in the staff so it was very hard to communicate. Also the wifi doesn’t work at all. And you need to pay 10CENTS FOR THE ELEVATOR, which is not that much but you never have a spare 10 cents in your pocket so be prepared to climb lots of stairs after a long day of visiting the city.

The bathroom is enormous, very spacious with nice towels. The room had a balcony as well and the bed was nice too. Also, the neighbours are pretty friendly and the location is unbeatable, very close to Garibaldi Station.

There should have been more sheets on the bed, there was no shower gel either. Also, the flat was on the 4th floor which is not a big issue but I should have been informed previously that the lift runs on 10 c coins. The main door to the flat would not lock up properly, our key was not in the designated key box to which the specified PIN did not even work but the key was stuck into the door lock. The staff person hardly spoke any English and seemed rather angry too. Furthermore I did not receive information neither on the shower gel nor the availability of towels either - upon previous request either.

It is right around the corner from Stazione Centrale. So you can use transit to access any part of Napoli or other parts of the Amalfi coast with ease. The property was fairly clean and safe. It was also very spacious.

It is quite a far walk (30-40 min) from the more popular areas of Napoli (Quartieri Spagnoli, Centro Storico etc.) however you could just use the metro lines which are great and efficient. The shower could’ve been better, the shower head was slightly damaged. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. For a short trip for a solo traveler it is still a great option.

Fantastic location for getting around the city clean rooms very attentive staff really excellent value for money you need 10 cents for the lift but they are not a problem because the owner leaves them for you if he is not there you can change them in some shop really nice room their directions made me live a truly fantastic stay

I paid a very good price, the B&B was really clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, they even offered you a coffee, breakfast was not sold but there are many bars nearby that sell breakfasts at a good price, Naples is worth visiting more than once.

Excellent location Fantastic air conditioning included. Great facilities Helpful staff Lift (which you had to pay 10 cents to operate) Late checking in - called staff at the airport and they met us in 10 at the hotel. Felt safe in the hotel

Everything leaked :( the shower , the toilet and the sink. No communication that we would have to pay for the lift which only accepts 10cents.

I stayed 1 night and it was really very comfortable and clean.

Yes you pay 10 cents the elevator is very annoying but the structure always tries to give them to you because this law is part of the condominium.

There's a disco lighting in the bathroom!

Neighborhood is not the safest one, but it's definitely convenient if you plan to visit other sites around Naples

Close to the station and great connection. Quiet,balcony,privacy, amazing local trattoria nearby with great prices and delicious food.

The area wasn't the best,despite location close to the station. The fridge wasn't working.

The room and bathroom are spacious and clean. The room also has a large terrace. There was a small fridge, plenty of towels and a comfortable bed

The front doorbell rang all night and was unbearable
