A wonderful apartment to spend an entire vacation in Naples. It is perfectly located, close to Central Stations. Although I read all kinds of comments.. you can find the location extremely easily (green door that opens by phone), there is a perfectly functional elevator in the building, I didn't have any problems in 6 days. The apartment is very well equipped, with a kitchen equipped with everything, a safe, air conditioning, everything is super clean, neat and modern. Naples is a wonderful city, and the apartment at Vesucharme is a perfect choice that will delight you. Special anointing for Barbara, our host who is super professional! We felt perfect at your place!

The location was accessible to the train and bus station making it very convenient. It was also within walking distance. too many historic neighborhoods and sites. It was well equipped with a mini kitchen which made it perfect for preparing simple meals. I was impressed with how clean, organized and well appointed. it was. The staff was excellent and accommodating. They were quick to respond with any questions and they made the process very easy because of their clear information regarding check-in ,checkout and making arrangements for shuttle pickup to the airport.

It was an excellent experience being that it is in such close proximity to mass transportation, I was not expecting it to be so clean and well appointed. No complaints!

Everything was just perfect!! From the start, we got all the instructions and the assistance we needed to check in ourselves. The suite was very beautiful and clean, you get what you see. You can see they've thought about every detail from the soft towles to the aroma diffuser to the cute decore. We felt very comfortable. The bathroom was spacious enough and very comfortable. There were always hot water that lasted the whole shower and good water pressure. The location was great for us - 3 min walk from the central station and 10 min walk to the center city.

All was good!!! Never thought that would happen.

I stayed here with my friend for a weekend and I would recommend Vesucharme Suite to all couples and friends. Although we never met face to face (we communicated via Whatsapp), the hosts were amazing, very attentive and polite. They sent clear instructions and guidance on how to access the Suite, where to get breakfast each day and helped us out massively with the shuttle service. The deposit was returned swiftly and I couldn't have asked for more from them. The Suite itself was spotless, everything was easy to find in the kitchen and bathroom, and in good working order. We stayed in early March when it was cold outside but the Suite was actually so nice and warm we had to put the AC on - it was very cosy. (: The smart TV was also a welcome plus, we could set up our Netflix and Hayu accounts to watch our fav shows and relax. Over the weekend we were offered a complementary cleaning service on Sunday morning, which we didnt need, but it was nice and professional to have the option. The STE cafe - one of the places less than a 5 min walk away where you collect your complementary breakfast - was lovely too (we didn't make it to the other one because we were asleep...oops). Despite being near the road and Central Station we got a good nights sleep, the mattress and pillows are super soft. I cannot recommend the shuttle service enough, especially if you have an early morning flight as the buses start running at 5am, so I would advise guests to book! The convenience of being near the station is great and there is also a supermarket less than a 5 minute walk away so you can stock up for your stay. All in all - I would stay here again, thank you for hosting!

I have no serious complaints, as I would easily stay here again however I have some feedback which could improve the stay even more and some comments to other travelers. The area immediately outside of the Suite can be a bit rough at night and if I was a solo female traveler I would find it a bit intimidating - so would just advise solo people to do their research on the area to see if it is right for you. However once you are inside the Suite or the building, you immediately feel safe - I never felt unsafe in the Suite. For the hosts the only comment I have is to maybe add some instructions on how to switch on the electric hob and the radiator in the bathroom. We managed to figure out the hob via Google but we never worked out how to use the electric dial on the bathroom radiator!

The apartment was amazing. So clean, comfortable and very secure. The service from Annalisa & Barbara was excellent. Communications were prompt and informative. We got directions and instructions on how to get to and access the apartment and we're so easy to follow. The beds were comfortable and the shower was great! Nice little kitchen with all the facilities you need. Water, tea and coffee are included. There is also a lift. So close to the train station. Would highly recommend staying here. Thanks again for making our stay in Napoli enjoyable 🙂

I booked this room for my daughter and her boyfriend as their airbnb apartment was so awful - so it was all done very last minute. I selected it on the basis of reviews and location as they needed to be close to the train station the following day. Communication was generally good although some confusion about the need to pay a deposit before the entrance details were provided. My daughter was pleased with the cleanliness and comfort of the room - much better than the room they had originally reserved.

The deposit request was unusual however it was refunded promptly after they checked out. They also had some difficulty gaining entry to the building - they were given a phone number to call to get an access code but nobody answered their call. Eventually someone in the building let them in - keys etc were in the room so the rest of the stay was fine.

Lovely room and the owners/managers are very responsive over WhatsApp. The bed was incredibly comfy which is what you need on a stay like this. Although it’s in a busy area, the windows are incredibly good at blocking outside noise. The air con was a dream in the hot weather also. TV had all the apps you’d need and the bathroom was very nice. Great place overall. Just a stones throw away from the bus service that takes you to the airport as well (which is why I stayed here).

It took me a while to figure out how to get through the main front door (you have to phone a number and the door will automatically unlock - I’ve never experienced that before!). Not a bad thing, just made it a little harder.

Absolutely Stunning condominium, only steps away from the central train station. The owners Annalise & Barbara, were amazing, so helpful, and communicated very well with us during our stay. This room has everything you may need and more. We loved watching Netflix and felt right at home!

The location was a bit seedy but felt safe enough. Not a good representation of Naples. Our key did not open the main green door, so we couldnt get back in, each time we left. That was very inconvenient! Must leave a €100 security deposit (an added cost we didnt expect)

The property is located right next to Napoli Centrale (main train station) and Garibaldi m/s. It was very convenient to stay there and move around. Seems a bit not safe are but it is really safe. The suite was totally new renovated. There was a coffee machine provided and 2 complimentary bottles of water.

Check-out time was too early (9:30am). There room didn't have a balcony or something where you could dry some clothes. Would be nice if some cheap pair of slippers would be provided. There is not a kettle for preparing tea. The coffee machine or microwave was not so comfortable for heating water.
