We have been welcomed by a cute older couple who showed us perfectly everything around the room. The room was nice, you can see it has some years, but all is completely clean. We had a good sleep in comfy bed, breakfast was prepared (prepacked pastry, jam, nutella, coffee, tea, yoghurt), you have a kettle and small fridge available.. Apartment is in 3rd floor, we use the stairs, but you can use a lift for a small fee 20cents. We could store our bags in the room after checkout and when we picked them up they send it to us by a lift down, so no need to to walk up again. This was a big plus after our 18km walk Through Napoli :D I would definitely recommend this accomodation, it is 4min by walk near metro, train and bus station and also there is a direct airport bus for 5 E running from the station every 15min. Really strategic location :)

The hosts – a kind father and his daughter – made me feel truly at home, which means a lot when you're traveling solo in a new city. The location is perfect, just a short walk from Garibaldi Central Station. Breakfast was already in the room, so I could enjoy it at my own pace. I really loved the window shutters – they did a great job blocking out both light and some of the outside noise, which made my rest even better. The room looked exactly like in the pictures, clean and comfortable. I definitely recommend this place!

The bed springs were a bit squeaky, but it didn’t bother me as I was really tired and slept well.

Really friendly and helpful owners , room was cleaned every day and comfortable room. Close to the metro.

The neighborhood is sketchy, on our first day we went to a nearby supermarket and my girlfriend caught a random guy rummaging through my backpack, then we saw a guy walking and peeing in the middle of the sidewalk so we decided to cross to the other side .. where a person was riding a motorcycle in the middle of the pedestrian area. But that's the only negative in an otherwise great place.

It is a great hotel with close proximity to the central train station (5 mins walk) and very clean, well-furnished and comfortable. Lady is very nice and friendly and allowed an earlier check-in at 12pm. She actually apologized that the room was not ready when we arrived at 10 am and we were only meaning to just drop our bags. They also provided a small continental breakfast for your room.

The lift requires a 20 cents payment every time you use it and this is more about the building than the quality and standard of B&B Travelers. The surrounding location is rather dirty, and as you soon discover Naples in general is a rather dirty city more or less everywhere.

The property is within a very short walk of the Central Station.The host were extremely welcoming and very helpful. From the outside the building looks very old but once inside the b@b its totally different Very modern and clean. The rooms ee had were very nice and spacious.we only stayed one night before travelling to Sorrento. If we were travelling again to Naples we would definitely stay here again.

We arrived late at night and the building doesnt look very inviting. However once inside any concerns disappear.

Staffs are kind and friendly (not sure if they're staff or host, but a girl who can speak English and her father welcoming us). I really love how friendly they are. They have breakfast which I didn't expect (there's yogurt, bread and milk, I think cereal as well). And they have a fridge! Nothing to complain about the room and the service :) Their electric connects to the key card, which means all electric will be disconnected if you leave the room. Not ideal if you're looking to charge stuff when you're having lunch or dinner, but not a big deal. They allow us to leave the luggage after check out, just let them know you're looking to store luggage and contact them when you're heading back to get the luggage.

The lift costs 0.20 euro, I don't mind paying but I found that I always lack of 0.20 coins (only 0.10 but they only accept one 0.20 coin).

Excellent value for money, very generous breakfast, tea and coffee and kettle provided. Large and spacious room, extremely clean. Really happy with what was on offer for the price.

I would have rated everything as excellent apart from one thing that the property unfortunately had no control over and that was a very inconsiderate male guest in the room next to ours. He was talking very loudly on his mobile phone and woke us up at 3am and continued several phone conversations very loudly until we left at 6.45am to catch our flight home. So unfortunately we didn't get a good nights sleep, which was out of the control of B&B Travellers and has unfortunately affected the rating that I have given.

It was very close to the train station, making it easy for our late and early train rides! The people were so wonderful and helpful! We arrived in the evening and left early in the morning and they made sure we had everything we needed and could access the lift! The room itself was clean and comfortable.

Breakfast worked well for us because we were leaving early, but it wasn't much (just yogurt and pre-packaged croissants with spreads), so we were hungry again by 9:30 am.

A very nice place. The room was beautiful. Hosts were very attentive. Breakfast is prepacked and given in the evening before the morning. One must have 20 cnt coins to be able to use elevator. On the first day the host came downstairs to give us a ride. Before coming, were were somewhat concerned about the safety of the area, but it was ok to walk from Garibaldi train station/metro.

I would suggest attaching the shelves near the bed stronger to the wall. One of them kept falling out.

A great little bed and breakfast very close to the main train station in Naples. The hosts were a very friendly welcoming couple, we were met at the entrance and given a very warm welcome, shown around our room and provided with breakfast for the following morning as we had a 6am departure for our flight home. The room was clean and comfortable with good air-conditioning and WiFi. We only stayed for one night but would not hesitate in booking here again.
