Armando was very kind and explained nicely everything to us. Room was clean, AC working and everything according to the expectations. No issues with noise from outside. Great location for trips. Very kind personal in the close-by shop providing the breakfasts. (1 drink and 1 pastry included)

Location (surroundings) is not very nice (garbage, safety and smells, not a problem of the accomodation itself, more of the city of Napoli.)

there is no reception at all. 1-2 days before arrival the hotel asked about the arrival time. if you come 1 hour earlier than said, there is a possibility that you will wait 2 hours before someone will come to check you in (i.e much later than you expected time arrival). That’s not convenient at all and wastes your time.

Very nice and welcoming staff, a clean nice room with an amazing view, the location is very close to the train station which was very important to me. I had a perfect stay with a nice breakfast close to the apartment

The only thing was when I checked out the elevator didn’t work for some reason so I had to bring my suitcase down by the stairs for 6 floors 😅

Our room and bathroom were spacious, with a comfortable bed and powerful Air-Con. The owner was very friendly (even though his English was limited). The property is close to the train station and there is lots of fast food chains nearby. The communal kitchen was spacious, we didn’t use it but we availed of the large free water bottles which were provided in the fridge.

The location is good as it is close to the train station, however it was very noisy, lots of traffic outside and the streets were dirty (which scared my partner as she felt unsafe). The property is 4 rooms within 1 apartment and a shared communal kitchen, so, when other guests were leaving/entering the property we could hear them in the corridor outside.

Amazing! This place is mind blowing, the location is right beside to Napoli Centrale, we have no worry to coming home late with kids. The room is superb with clean modern decorative interior, they also provide housekeeping, clean up the bathroom, threw out the trash and even turned on the AC for us before we're back, this service make this place at another level of hospitality. Armando really responsive and the staff are helpful and informative. For sure we'll back! No reason to find other place with this five star quality, GB Vesuvius is a gem.

- The room was clean, and bed was comfortable. - amazing view on Vesuvius!! both from bedroom and kitchen - we really liked the place and our host was very nice :) he even ordered us taxi at 4am. Even tho it was a little bit hard to communicate in English we managed to have a little talk. - we enjoyed our stay very much

- sometimes you have to pay for elevator 10cent and apartment is on the 5th floor :/ - location is not very safe especially when 2 girls are traveling alone, we were scared every evening when we were coming back home.

The hosts were very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The building felt safe. The building was clean. The bathroom and shower was very good. The view was great. Plenty of plugs and sockets. Bottled water and adapters provided for free. Decent sound proofing. The breakfast was lovely (coffee and croissant) just a short walk down the street to STE cafe (vouchers provided).

This area did not feel safe for two young women, we felt scared in this area especially at night. Would not recommend to young female travellers. The location is not central, so you will have to get the metro to the centre for restaurants etc. Also, this is not a hotel, it is an apartment of hotel rooms within a residential building. You have to pay 10c for the lift but if you ask they will give you change :)

Great location - next to Piazza Garibaldi, good point to start all the Napoli adventures. The rooms where clean and the big beds very comfortable. Room no 2 has an amazing view on Vesuvius. The apartments have common kitchen area where you can make yourself some tea, coffee or use a small stove and fridge. Definitely a nice place to recommend you to stay in Napoli.

Great apartments , clean and right across the main station , start and end point for everywhere....Great staff , our flight was at 17 h, and we leave our luggage there, Armando was waiting for us no mather we war late for 30 min. Big 10 for everything

Maybe the area looks rough an unsafe...but keep on mind that all of those people are emigrants who don't even think to do something that will make them problem with the police...they avoid you as much as you avoid them....By the way we war eating kebab with all of them in the middle of Garibaldi square at 12 o'clock in the evening and we are still alive 😄 ..they are just people like all of us
