Great location - accessible from within the train station itself

The shower ought and taps ought to be upgraded, it takes a while for hot water to flow

despite booking.com restrictive conditions (no changes,refund etc), when we had to delay our trip by a week, then an additional day, the hotel management was very understanding and accommodating. this was entirely exceptional for which we are most appreciative. Despite some comments in our guidebook to expect somewhat gritty conditions or characters near the central rail station, this was actually not the case. Not a charming area, but rather better than expected, and quite convenient for arrival/ departure by rail and within easy walking distance to enough of old Naples to get a flavor of its charm!

The breakfast was lovely and they gave us a to go bag for the pastry as we were in a rush all 3 mornings. Staff were great and resolved our light not working issues promptly.

The hotel was nice and clean. The room service and cleaning was good. Overall, rooms were nice. Some issues with the aircon, not a modern and reliable system. Breakfast was in a cafe below the hotel. Service was quick but with really narrow selection. Location is central, close to tube and trains but maybe not the best part of the city.

Location was very good. Just next to train station and metro. Room is spacious and breakfast is decent

Checking out process took quite long. Only 1 staff at the reception and I was left waiting at the empty counter for more than 5 minutes while he left to attend to other matters.

Room was clean and quite nice. Breakfast was included.

The location. Although it was literally right behind the train station, which is our mode of transportation back to Rome, the neighborhood is filled with homeless people and garbage.

Hotel immediately adjacent to the train station and accessible by off-street tunnels and pathways (tough area). We chose it for its location given our potential late arrival by train. Rooms were comfortable and very quiet in spite of busy street. Don't miss the Pescheria Pizzi Pizzi (open-air fish market) to see the fantastic array of local seafood up close.

Location is really good for those who want to catch the train. Got an upgraded room to Junior Suite which was nice - perhaps due to Genius rewards. Also close to good dining options and feels safe in a city that could do better.

Light sleepers may hear other guests through the walls

Close to metro and railway, walking distance to downtown

Mattress and pillows can be more comfortable , breakfast should be richer

the location for central Napoli was very good for connections to metro/train and tourist services
