Very convenient location in walking distance from the Napoli Central. Breakfast cafe on the street just outside the building gate. Recommend pizza restaurant very good. Very clean and nice place. 4th floor but with a small elevator. Owners are available by phone and there is a gate keeper at the entrance

Really good location to central train station, less than 5 minutes walk for average walkers. Had a very comfy bed, and the washroom facilities were great. Daily cleaning is available and fresh water provided. I enjoyed my stay here as a solo traveller.

The location was great, we could easily move around Naples and the bathroom was spacious. The breakfast was also very great as we could choose what we wanted from the local cafe shop.

The only thing I can think of is that the drain in the shower was partially blocked as the water stayed in the shower for a while.

The place was nice and cosy, certainly located very close to the train station but not noisey at all. The breakfast was includex and those pastries and coffee were to die for!

The check in process took a little long, as the staff had to drive to come meet us. It was not that long, but considering it was raining it was not too pleasent.

The surprise to see our room and everything. It was perfect, clean, and comfortable.

Very clean, nice sized room with clean bathroom. Each day cleaning service provided like hotel so we came back to a clean room which was lovely

The area is a good location but we felt in a slightly rough part of Naples

If you can get around, being so close to the Central Station is a plus because you have access to everything. $5 bus ride to the airport, all trains to Italy, all trains to Naples.

Not a problem for me (I grew up there), but it could be hard on pure Americans who don't speak Italian or Neapolitan...in order to get around. Armando, however is super helpful. Access his help.

the host was very welcoming and we had keys so we could access the building whenever we needed. Definitely recommend and we hope to revisit. Location is perfect if you want to be close to the central station for travelling around Naples. Very helpful by holding our luggage as we had a later flight so we could explore some more of Naples hassle free. Complimentary breakfast from the bar downstairs was amazing, very good food and the staff were very friendly!
