My stay in Naples was excellent, and the accommodation was a huge part of that. First of all, the location is brilliant, just a six-minute walk from Napoli Centrale station. This was a huge plus for us, as we planned several trips to the Amalfi Coast and Pompeii, and getting to the trains was quick and easy. The apartment itself was incredibly clean and modern. It felt fresh and well-cared for. What truly made our experience special, however, was the host. They were so kind and helpful, even holding our luggage for us on the day we checked out so we could explore the city without any hassle before our flight. An added bonus was the daily market on the street right outside the building. We loved being able to buy fresh fruit and other local products every morning. Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Naples, especially if you plan to use public transport to explore the surrounding area. It's clean, convenient, and the host is wonderful.

Our stay at this accommodation was absolutely excellent. The location is perfect – just a few minutes' walk from the main train station, making it ideal for day trips to Pompeii, Salerno, or the Amalfi Coast. A large supermarket is located nearby, which is very convenient for both short and extended stays. Each morning started with joy thanks to the local fruit market just around the corner – a true delight for those who love fresh, seasonal produce. The apartment was spotlessly clean, thoughtfully maintained, and fully equipped with everything you need, including a coffee machine that made our mornings even better. A big bonus were the kind and helpful hosts, always available and ready to provide useful information about the city, transportation, restaurants, and hidden gems of Naples. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfortable, functional, and well-located accommodation. We would definitely come back again!

The place is great, the apartment we were given was recently refurbished as everything looked new. The location was very convenient, a short distance from the central station. Our host Roberto had been great, always available for any advice and anything else we needed (like leaving the backpacks for the day after checkout). I would highly recommend as the whole experience had been great.

The facility was perfectly placed for access to the main railway station and the airport bus transfer. There was no one "on duty" in the building, but Roberto worked hard via WhatsApp to provide answers to questions. The room was immaculately clean in a very modern style and was very comfortable. The immediate area is a little run down, but the accommodation is on the third floor and very private with no issues with noise at any time.

I felt better pre-arrival checks would have made our short stay better. For example there was no information in the room re WiFi, though Roberto reacted quickly when I WhatsApped him. A simple note in the room would have been more convenient for all. Likewise, there was no information regarding breakfast. Another WhatsApp reply assured me a voucher would be delivered to our room for breakfast in a local bar, but no voucher arrived and so we had to leave without breakfast. Again, this information should have been in the room for better convenience.

location was great, 5 minutes walk to centrale stazione, good location for food and pastries aswell, staff was also really kind, i was able to text the host if i needed anything

you were not allowed to leave your towels on the ground which i did find a little odd, i understand that it’s easier for staff to clean but after shower i need to have a towel on the floor to not wet the floor. also you would had to pay 15€ if you left a stain of your makeup on the towels which made me use toilet paper to dry my face after washing cause i was scared to leave a stain which i found uncomfortable. its honestly only the towel issue i didn’t like the rest was amazing.

The location of the property was close to transport links/easy walking distance to attractions and metro!! Living amounts the locals and felt very safe. The room was grand, clean everything you could want from your stay. It was on the 4th floor but there is a lift thankfully make sure you have 10 cents thou!

The only thing I would be aware of is the step on the corridor. It’s quite dark make sure you put the light on before you head to the room so you don’t trip. You can turn it off by the light switch near your door.

Roberto was the perfect host, with easy communication right after the booking to providing some tips and checking in at the end of every day to see whether all is well. The flat's location is perfect; very well connected to public transport and it is easy to get downtown on foot. A daily market is just outside the door of the building with fresh produce, while various supermarkets and small restaurants surround the area. The flat itself is very comfortable, modern, and cozy, also perfect for a late lie in. The room is air conditioned (allowing for heating as well) and cleaned every day. The stay was lovely and I very much looking forward to returning to Napoli and Palazzo Ferrara!

Everything is renovated, new, it has all the necessary utilities, the room and the bathroom are very spacious, and a plus is the balcony. The neighborhood is quiet and safe! You can reach your room by elevator. The host, Mr. Roberto will help you with anything you need, he will even give you a map with the main sights in Naples that should not be missed! thank you!! Everything was wonderful! I recommend with confidence.

Everything was as it should be!

Roberto provided video instructions to guide me to the unit for self check -in and then he and Fabio waited for me to arrive. He provided instructions on how to navigate the public transit system to get around town and to popular sites. The neighborhood has a bit of a New York City grunge factor to it, but I felt safe walking alone. The best part was the availability of fresh fruits from local vendors right outside the door step and the access to transportation. Very clean and I would definitely stay again if ever back in the area. Grateful for the continental breakfast provided by a local eatery.

I wish the unit had its own iron or access to one in the main area. I had to call to get one, but my request was handled immediately. Initially I was a bit turned off by my first impression of the area, but it turned out to be a super convenient and safe environment.

- Interestingly the bathroom had no soap. We anyways had our own but then it was taken from our room when the room was cleaned in the next day. We should have asked the owner about it. We ended up using the shampoos as replacement for soap during our stay ... :)
