As a Mother with her daughter we were nervous before arrival to be arriving after dark but once in the building snd then the hostel we felt entirely safe and it met our needs well.

The homeless and individuals around the rail station when we arrived and along the path to the hostel. However - nothing happened and as long as we were home by nightfall it was OK.

Good location near the central station so close to the airport. The hotel and room itself clean and comfy better then I was expecting. The owner was very kind and was available to all requests. It was quiet during the night despite the location of the hotel next to a busy area. I recommend staying there if you want to have a close connection with airport or have a good base for exploring Naples.

The shower head was leaking (as a note to the owner as I was leaving very early in the morning so I could not report directly). The mattraces were very basic.

The accommodation is on the second floor, 63 steps to climb. Room small but clean. Shower a bit tight. Plenty hot water. Toilet bidet sink all good. Towels changed every day. Location 10 mins walk from Central Station where excellent Servizze Turistici arranged wonderful tours of Pompeii, Ercolano and Vesuvio. No hotel food but breakfast cafe, supermarcato and umpteen ristorante all within 2 minute walk. Beds clean and comfortable. Air conditioning efficient and very quiet. We were 2 adults, father and son. You can have a double or two single beds. As long as you are travelling light, there is plenty of storage for clothes. Charging points for mobile phones. Chair, wardrobe, bedside cabinets, couple of shelving units, mirror, hair dryer, fridge (a boon in the heat) basic toiletries. Friendly helpful staff. Cannot comment on suitability for young children because I do not know if it offers family accommodation. You must check for yourself. Would we go again? YES!!

The accommodation is not luxurious or sumptuous. There are no lounges, bars, restaurants or communal facilities. If you wish to stay inside and take things easy, I would not choose this hotel. It does the basics well, clean accommodation, comfortable bed, good bathing facilities. Excellent centre for getting out and about in Naples.

We booked this accommodation because we wanted somewhere close to the main station so it was perfect. The building exterior is a bit scruffy, but inside the hotel was nice and quiet despite its location. The room was very clean and comfortable with a private bathroom, fridge and Netflix. We would use this Hotel again.

Only a small gripe, but the shower cubicle didn’t drain that quickly.

What an amazing experience with this hotel. I couldn’t ask for more. Beautiful, clean and very comfortable. Amazing and quick AC system, shared bathrooms which were never messy or dirty. I booked this as a budget option and was expecting something acceptable, this was EXCEPTIONAL! Highly highly recommend.

The price was great. The hotel was decorated nicely and clean. I was able to walk to the hotel from the port. It is buried in a neighborhood which was unexpected, but still nice inside and close to lots of shopping. There was an outdoor clothing market a couple block away that I visited.

For the price, nothing. The customers were legit travelers, like myself. The street entering the hotel was very local which was confusing at first, but I was pleasantly surprised inside.

The staff in the hotel are super friendly, the bathrooms and rooms are very clean, showers work well and the balconies on the rooms are fantastic. Don't be put off by the outside location, once you are in the hotel you completely forget about it. Be careful if you are walking home drunk late at night (i made this mistake) and just keep your wits about you, the external area puts no dampner on my experience as the staff did everything they could to make us comforable and reassure me of my safety, all my negative experiences in naples were self-inflicted so i give the city and hotel a 10/10.

Perfect location near the Alibus (to a fro the airport, every 15 mins) 10m walk from the city historical centre Next to a very iniexpensive trattoria, breakfast bars and markets

2nd floor no lift, so travel light

the room was lovely - clean, and I loved the colour. Makes a refreshing change from boring beige rooms! The staff were helpful, and answered any questions I had. It's not far from the airport, and being away from the touristy areas means you get to see a different side to Naples.

Parking was a bit of a nightmare. I eventually managed to get a space outside, which was free until 8 a.m. The streets are narrow and crowded with cars, so it was difficult to find a space. That's the only issue I had, and that's nothing to do with the hotel.

The place was close to the train station which was great for early morning commute

The neighborhood next to the apartment was shady. There was no private bathroom so it was a bit problematic and the AC was broken
