The room was very clean and comfortable. As a solo traveller I often book a double room as single rooms in my experience tend to be very small or only have options to share dorms/hostels. Previous reviews were good so thought I'd give it a try and I was not disappointed at all. This room for a single person was spacious and the bathroom was great! Nice touches with kettle and fridge and bottle of water and teas provided. The self check in was straight forward with the hosts providing detailed instructions. I would definitely stay here again!

Nothing it was all good.

It was clean and very comfortable with all amenities as described. The instructions to access the property were very clear; which made the check-in very easy. However, it is located at a very convenient location near Central Station/ Piazza Garibaldi. This makes it very easy to get the metro or the trains to Pompeii and Vesuvius. The airport bus service (Ali Bus) also has a stop very close to the station.

Nothing wrong with the property, though the location is a bit overwhelming at first. Takes some getting used to - however a solo traveller or backpackers could manage it very well.

Bed, ac, shower...all perfect. Excellent location around 250 meters from Garibaldi station and the airport bus stop. Easy and efficient self check-in, good communication with the land-lord, sweet cleaning lady and possibilty to store the luggaage if you have an evening flight. Extremely good value for money.

Not a single thing

Extremely clean, great range of tea, coffee and a kettle! Bottle of water and shower gels, soap. Very comfortable bed, perhaps a bigger pillow or one more of the same would be nice but a very minor thing. Fantastic shower, but the most important thing, spotless room and excellent location for bus and railway station if when arriving in Napoli you have an ongoing journey.

There was no breakfast but there is complimentary coffee and some snacks.

I stayed just for one night. The b&b is very close to the train, bus and underground station. That's a strong point. Rooms are located away from the main road so they are quite enough for a good rest. Overall there are no things I didn't like

B&B Napoli House lived up to all my expectations. Well located next to Naples central station, it helps anyone who wants to visit Ercolano and Pompeii. But best of all is the structure and comfort, as well as cleanliness and organization. In particular, my thanks to Adelle, Luigi and Salvatore, who were always very helpful when I needed them.

The place is very close to the train station so ideal for a short stay if you continue to travel from there or the airport.. Also easy start to explore the city. The check in and out is very easy with the keybox. Also there is water, tea/ coffee some snacks available and there was an option to pick up the luggage later after check out. Thank you! Great short stay.

The room is on the ground level and definitely just for sleeping but not spending time there. The room had a green ( security?!) light on the whole night so not to easy to sleep. Unfortunately the wifi was not strong enough until my room, but I guess it depends the location.

- room was cleaned every day - there is a coffee maschine in the common area and tea water boiler in the room - very close to the train station - very helpful personal!!!! comunication was great! thank you!!!!

- small bathroom and shower cabin - very slippery and heavy dark blanket- its difficult to use it for 2 people, one of us was always cold :-) - quite small and claustrofobic room- it ok to sleep there, but not really ment to stay during a day

Great place to stay! Our room had a huge terrace as well as air conditioning that worked very well. The check in and out was smooth and staff were friendly. Wifi was very good! We were surprised after reading some reviews that said it was terrible. It was the best wifi we had in all of Europe :) The neighborhood might seem a bit rough to some but we never felt unsafe in any way. Plus walking distance to the main sites in Naples and train station was a huge plus. The room can get a bit noisy with the fridge and early risers but the black out curtains helped a lot and it was worth the bit of noise to have a working fridge. Our stay exceeded our expectations by far and we would love to stay there again :)

The location was convenient as it was close to the train station. The staff was nice. The room was clean and I appreciated the complimentary water.

I didn't love how noisy the area was and my phone had trouble connecting to wifi which wasn't the B&B's fault but was frustrating.
