David was a brilliant host, very professional and went over and above. Nothing was a problem for him. He responded to all our messages and queries promptly. Our flight was delayed by 1 hour so we arrived quite late at the B&B, David was there, showed us around and gave us all the info necessary, no rush no fuss. The accommodation was so lovely, everything needed was provided and it was spotless. Would definitely recommend this B&B. Very safe and secure. Breakfast was provided at a local cafe close by and was sufficient to get you going.

We had a very clean tiptop apartment for 2 nights, only about 100 meters from the Napoli Central Station, which was very convenient, as we traveled by trains from Rome to Sorrento / Amalfi. The staff, David, was also very kind and helped us whenever we reached out.

Yes, the apartment was a little compact. However, considering its location near the central station, I think it was a good compromise.

Really convenient for the station. Clean and comfortable room with effective aircon and a minibar fridge. Central but quiet and we slept very well. Just what we needed for an overnight stay while travelling.

Quite a lot of stairs but this was because the lift was being repaired and the owner very kindly carried my bag up for me. The electric socket for charging phones is above the bed- it would be useful to have a little shelf to put your phone on while charging. Apart from that everything was perfect and there are also good restaurants nearby.

Convenient location near train station, modern and clean room, nice bathroom and shower, quiet.

I had a problem with the booking.com site. Tried to book for two people and managed to enter both names but reservation still said just one person. when we checked in we were told it would be extra for the second person. I knew there was a per person charge for breakfast and tax, so we were willing to pay that—and did—but my understanding was the room rate was the same for one person or two (room had two twin beds). We chalked it up to Italian culture where bargaining is common, but it would’ve been nice to not have to negotiate.

Super convenient for the station as we were in transit over two days and not far to walk to the old town. Davide was very friendly and helpful and the rooms were nice and clean.

The room was quite small with not enough room to get down both sides of the double bed. The shower is also small like most of those we encountered in Italy. The breakfast as others have mentioned is just a coffee and a pastry - a very nice pastry it's true but that's it.

Good location for Centrale station. Davide, who welcomed us, was very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast of coffee and croissant at a café behind the B&B was fine. The room was not big but was good for what we needed.

To get to the B&B you have to climb a flight of stairs, and after that take a lift to the third floor above. This was no problem at all for us, but perhaps it would be for some people with heavier bags. Maybe Davide would help.

Very comfortable and clean room. A classic Italian breakfast was included in the price. Very close to the train station and subway. David is very helpful and responds to your needs very fast. I would highly recommend this place. Thank you.

Everything at B&B II Bacio di Napoli was exceptional. The room was spacious, comfortable bed and spotless clean. Great location and base to explore Napoli. The area around is safe and quiet during the night time, we had no issues. The owner was very kind and welcomed us on time when we arrived. He gave us good recommendations, tips and advise for Napoli and the surrounding areas and couldn't had been more helpful. The breakfast offered was a nice touch to our stay and was at a cafe just across the road. We were able to leave our luggage after check out until late evening. I would recommend to anyone travelling to Napoli, the place is exceptional and managed by a very helpful and friendly owner, thank you for our stay.

There was nothing that we didn't like, everything was great!

The host is extremely helpful. The location 2 minutes walk from the central station. Room is very cosy and clean. You can use the lift to get to it. AC is a huge plus. All in all -> highly recomended.

It was modern, good air conditioning, the host was good to communicate with and couldn’t do enough for us.

On arrival the accommodation is situated on the 3rd floor. The lift wasn’t working properly. Didn’t cause us a problem but for those less physically fit it could be a problem
