What a lovely place! Close to the train station, restaurants, stores and lovely views. I'd call this place quaint. Nicely decorated and the space is great. I enjoyed the balcony. The shower is amazing!!! FYI, you'll need WhatsApp to communicate. Install that ahead of time if you are not using your local phone because it will text you. I managed thru the Booking.com app. The hostess was very friendly and helpful via the booking app. I will stay there again on my next visit!!!

The location is pretty close to the train station, which was very convenient. It is not super close to the middle of historical naples so definitely take the subway or get a taxi like we did! The breakfast deal with the cafe across the street was very nice, the pastries, coffee and juice are all delicious. The room itself was a great size, the bed was incredibly comfortable, the ac was great as it was super hot the days we were there, and everything was very clean. The little amenities - soaps, mini fridge, etc, were also a nice touch.

Having no front desk person there made things a little less convenient, sometimes replies via whatsapp would take awhile. Some things listed as available were not there, like laundry service or an iron, which was disappointing. There is laundry nearby but it’s not the most convenient. Location to the historical district isn’t super close by walking, so save your feet for any tours or museum visits while in Naples and get a taxi (we used ITtaxi app) it’s cheap and made getting around a lot easier.

Very nice B&B. The B&B is located in the station area and therefore has a perfect location for going out. There is activity in the area from the beginning to the end of the day and a daily market where you can enjoy a stroll. There are shops, restaurants and bars everywhere in the area where you can eat well. There is no reception in the B&B, everything is done via the app and this was fine for us. Before arrival, call the owner who will open the front door for you remotely and receive a code to open the accommodation. Your keys will be ready at reception. When you enter the (unmanned) reception, it smells fresh and there is a good atmosphere due to the nice furnishings. Inside the reception there is a kitchenette with a microwave, kettle, crockery and cutlery for use. The rooms are attractive, neat and hygienic. We had room Pompei with a beautiful four-poster bed. This room also has a mini fridge and a large private bathroom. If you have any questions, you can ask them via WhatsApp and you will receive a quick answer. We had a fantastic few days. We definitely recommend this B&B and if we ever come back to Naples, we definitely recommend choosing this B&B again.

I can imagine that the neighborhood can be a bit disappointing because it is close to the station where there are many homeless people. We did not feel unsafe, not even in the evening.

The directions were easy to follow & the hotel in a great location. The room was really nice & clean/comfortable.

Not a negative, but we thought the tourist tax was included in the price, but were notified we had to pay this separately. Just in case others wondered too.

Arrived late into Napoli Airport and wanted somewhere easy to check in and stay. This fitted the bill perfectly. Remote check in capability with codes for doors and rooms. Great communications sharing the details in advance of our stay, and the ability to leave our bags here during the day after check out while we went to the MANN and Underground Napoli before a train to Salerno. Some comments have been made here about the breakfast. Ours was at a Bakery over the road with a coffee/tea, a juice and a pastry - easy starter and done without issues. Could be it changes for weekends - but ours was fine. Overall, really good value for money.

Nothing

The apartment has a great location to visit Napoli: close to Garibaldi Central Station, so you can easily get to and from the airport and also get a train to vesuvio/pompeii or to other cities. It is also quite close to the old city center The design of the apartment is very nice and efficient, it has very good amenities, including a kitchenette, which we didn't use, but it would be very useful if you want this. WiFi works perfectly, there's even Netflix on the smart TV. What we liked the most was Antonio who checked us in and was beyond helpful, taking his time to give us tips about Napoli. We ate the best Gelato in our trip (also in top 3 in all our trips in Italy) so be sure to ask him for advice. The owner was also very kind and we even got a complimentary chips bag :) We left our luggage for a whole day while we visited the city, as our flight was late at night. We will stay again here when we return to Napoli.

Everything was better than we expected

We only stayed one night but the room was comfortable and clean. I didn't realize how much Whatsapp is used for communication but once I knew, communication went well.

Easy to find it, good instruction

Breakfast is not in the room, it is in the bar in front. Just a coffee and croissant, but cappuccino is delicious and croissant too .

The room was very clean and the decor was nice. Our room had a balcony to the street witch I loved but to some people might be a distraction as the street is very loud at night.

Location. Just not what I was expecting. If you are getting off at the train station it’s not a far walk but you will be walking over feecees and homeless people everywhere.
