Great hotel for near the station, and central to walk for the castle, tribunali street, Spanish quarter, sansevero museum and cathedral. Bed very comfy, room spacious, 24 hour reception, friendly staff. It was clean and we felt safe. Short walk to the train station but not noisy at night. Air conditioning in the rooms.

Breakfast was a little bit expensive for what there was and there is a street cafe just a few steps away.

It was in a central location. Near the station. However the hotel is behind a deprived residential area. The hotel was spotless, rooms cleaned daily and it wasn’t noisy. Bathrooms have a hair dryer too. Breakfast is available but basic. Staff were very helpful. Good value for money

It’s near the station so it’s handy for getting to tour operators and the trains. The train station area is busy and bit run down. There are few immediately near by restaurants, and not too good. The main tourist areas of Naples is a bit of a walk.

V central, very clean and comfortable. It's a 5 min walk to Alibus (airport coach) and Garibaldi station.. easy to get the train to Pompeii and the metro across town. The staff are friendly and helpful.

It would be nice if the bar was open later....

Location is great. Staff at the reception were very polite and helpful. Breakfast was very good. Room, linen, cleanliness were good. Overall, nice stay.

1. Even though room was available and ready, hotel asked for EUR 15 for early occupation of room. Never seen this extortion anywhere else. 2. The room, locker and lights was to be operated by old fashioned physical keys, not the electronic type. All the three keys were put in one heavy key ring. If you want to operate the locker, the room will become dark because the key ring is to be removed from electrical switch. :-(

A reasonable price and located pretty close to the central train station. Breakfast was very good and the bar prices were reasonable too. Had a comfortable room overlooking the interior courtyard (just staff parking space really) but that probably made it quieter than the street side

I had been a bit worried about it's location, I usually avoid hotels close to railway stations, but this turned out to be a good choice

Great hotel. Fantastic location, clean, quiet and the staff could not be more helpful!! I have been to Naples a few times and stay here every time.

The first impression of the street the hotel is situated is that it looks a little rough! Graffiti on walls on some surrounding buildings. However, it is a busy and great location across the street to the central train station where you can go anywhere from there. I felt very safe and so did my daughter. It is a real gem of a hotel. Highly recommend it.

The room was clean and quiet. The heavy window made it sound proof and very good for sleeping. bathroom was good size and very functional. The ac worked very very well and that is a huge plus bc it was hot and sticky outside! I actually like that the property is quirky and has its own style.

The areas around the hotel was quite dirty— in front of the hotel was clean and tidy—but across the street was filthy with trash. Also I found it odd that so many people were just hanging around at 5pm on a workday… Also trying to cross the street was a terrifying experience— that traffic is crazy. Not a hotel issue, just an observation.

Great location, staff very friendly, helpful and accommodating, gave us tips for sightseeing, using underground and also help us making calls and translate to italian when we were making further travel arrangements. Room very clean, bed very comfortable, good internet.

We had room with window into inside courtyard therefore the view wasn't the greatest. However as we spend most of the time in the city this was not an issue.

Great hotel, just a minute from Napoli Centrale station. Tip: take the right hand side exit from the station as you come from the trains and you'll find yourself at the entrance of the hotel. The owners of the hotel have taken great interest in the upkeep, presentation and ambience of the place. The receptionist Ida looks really stern but is so helpful with everything from the accommodation, to places to see, travel arrangements, everything. The rooms were pleasantly different: the living room and bathroom downstairs and the bedroom on a loft upstairs.

The area around the hotel is a bit rough, but hey, that's Napoli's infamous Piazza Garibaldi. We chose to stay indoors past sundown or if we were out we ensured we were dropped by taxis straight at the hotel rather than walk through that part of town.

The location was pretty good right near the train station, the rook was clean and the bed pretty confortable.

- the air conditioning worked with a timer. I couldnt have it turned on permanently - i asked for a supplimentary bar of soap and instead the maid took one of the soaps that i already had - i asked for a quite room and for the first two nights it was ok but in the last night a disrespectful neighbor turned the TV loud in the middle of the night. Fortunately the person from reception helped me out with that but I think this situation could’ve been avoided.
