Great location next to the railway station. Nice balcony. Really clean. Modern and very nicely presented. Quiet from the road noise, and blockout shutters made the room pitch black when sleeping. Lovely host. Delicious breakfast at a café nearby. Handy to have a fridge and crockery & cutlery & kitchen sink to use. Great coffee.

We had a room next to the entranceway. The walls were a bit thin and we could hear the comings and goings of other guests late at night in the hallway and shared area. We still got enough sleep though. The beds were very firm, a little too firm for us - but others may prefer that.

The B&B is close to the railway station, so it´s easy to access from airport (by bus or taxi) or from somewhere else by train. Our room was clean and modern. We met Emily for check-in and she told us everything we needed to know. Otherwise we communicated with her via Whatsapp and she was helpful with all our questions. For example we got great restaurant recommendations. For breakfast we got coupons to use in the nearby cafe and that included a typical italian breakfast (one drink of choice and one pastry - either savoury or sweet). It was also convenient to have a own fridge for other snacks or drinks at the B&B.

Wonderful! We were in Rome prior to this, and paid a similar price for a much smaller room and bathroom. The room is spacious, looks and feels great, everything feels like the owner is doing the most for you to feel comfortable and happy. Speaking of the owner, she is great as well and was so helpful regarding things we needed help with, which were not related to the room itself. The service even included a free breakfast (pastry and coffee) at a nearby cafe for almost every day of our stay! (3 days). Location is also great, a 10 minute walk from the main public transport station (Napoli Centrale). Highly recommended! :)

Prior to, and during, check-in, our hosts put us at ease with very clear instructions and communicated their availability if we needed help, they were also very considerate and friendly in speaking very clear Italian which I enjoyed, and I easily understood everything they said (there was no pressure because communication in English was also an option). I didn’t ask about this but it appears they are a disability employer. The breakfast arrangement worked and we were grateful for the drinks in the minibar. A clean room with nice decor/artwork and ample storage capacity. The shower was very efficient and the bathroom and bedroom facilities were all that could be required, even more than we needed (since our trip was super brief). I liked having a remote control for the AC too. There were good restaurants and numerous options near to this accommodation.

No complaints. The bed was not as firm as I’m used to, and I was perhaps a little overtired, but it was ok.

The property was very secure and safe, off the road which didn’t feel too safe. Very easy to get to the main train station which was ideal for us. The room was spacious enough for two and everything was very clean.

The location was a bit rough! But inside we felt very safe and secure with absolutely no complaints!

Well designed and decorated, well priced rooms which provide a convenient place to stay in Napoli. Very helpful owner, who stayed around to let us in when our plane was delayed and we didn’t get there until around 12.30am

The beds were a bit on the hard side for me, but everyone has their preference, so just for info.

Hosts were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Provided us with information about the local area, transport and places to go. Room was impeccable and facilities clean and very well kept. Definitely would recommend this place and would use every time

Very close to Napoli Centrale train station, only a few minutes walk. The hostess was very friendly and helpful. Her english wasn't so good but her son and google translator helped between english and italian and everyone understood everyone. The room was nice, clean and comfortable. The room has blinds on the window and air conditioning.

Noise from the street and from other rooms can be heard through the window and door.

Location, very helpful bubbly host Emilia. Very clean apartment with more than adequate facilities. Although very near to a busy Train station area is safe and pleasant to explore on foot. Good restaurants and street food nearby.

The hostess was very nice and gave all the information beforehand. She showed the room, which was really nice, renovated, and the facilities. The place is very close to the train station, which is great for whoever needs to take an early train, which was our case.

The rooms are very close to one another, so you hear noises from other rooms bathrooms. You can also hear when people come into the property.
