We liked everything: it was spotlessly clean, the bed was comfy, the bathroom very nice. We could cook tea in our room and also use the small communal kitchen for further needs. Imma responded immediately when a problem with the code to the key box arose, so no issues there. Full recommendation!

Opening the door to the building and the apartment only works with a functioning internet connection. That could be a problem for some travellers, so an alternative would be nice.

Location was acceptable since we ensured reaching our room before sunset. I was accompanied by my spouse and infant child. Having an app to open the street door, apartment door was nice. Having the option to leave room keys locked outside the door was also nice instead of carrying keys everywhere. Coordination via WhatsApp prior to arrival was good. There was a pharmacy and supermarket nearby for us to get essentials when needed.

No iron. No iron board. I believe it'll be challenging for someone who does not have internet connection to open the doors since the B&B reception is not manned at all times. In our 4N stay, we saw a staff only once during checkout time.

Staff is Amazing! They went above and beyond to support us during our stay. Super Clean with Very comfortable beds. Coffee and Tea available throughout the day. Great location, walking distance to Train station which is often the meeting point for many Tour pickups.

Our room was super clean and modern. The bed was really comfortable and the shower was great. The lady we met at reception, Imma I think, was so kind and helpful. She was really accommodating and allowed us to stay a few hours after our check out time as we had a late flight.

The air-conditioning could have been a little better and the property is slightly outside the main part of the city, we were aware of this before our stay but it’s about a 15 minute taxi ride and sometimes the taxis could be quite expensive.

It was a nice aparment with self check-in that I appreciated the most. The hosts were nice and we communicated very well.

Super convenient location so close to the central train station and to get the bus to the airport the next morning. Comfortable and quiet place to rest before exploring the city and less than 30 mins walk to the bustling streets, bars and restaurants where we enjoyed soaking up the atmosphere of the city.

Only small issue was the fridge inside the room made a louder noise than expected but very minor issue.

The size is big for the room. Bed is huge . Near to bus stop . A lot of convenience stores .

The water pressure of the shower

The property is only about 600m away from Garibaldi station and the property and the rooms were super clean and smelled incredible. everything was new. There was no breakfast offered at the property due to the pandemic, nevertheless, there was a coffee machine in the common room and an electric water kettle in the room.

it would have been better if there was someone at the desk a bit more often.
