This pastoral property is surrounded by olive groves and is beyond beautiful. Our room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. It is situated within easy driving range of many of the towns we wanted to visit (Ostuni, Alberobello, Lecci, Polignano a Mare, Matera, Monopoli, etc). A hub made in heaven. Three generations of the family own/operate this incredible place. They make their own olive oil, limoncello, wine, pasta, have coop for eggs, grow all the veggies and herbs served/used in the dinners . . . all of which is cooked to perfection by the grandmother. Dinners were exception! We were made to feel at home by all staff but especially by Paula and Fabio. We highly recommend this property.

My only regret is that I didn’t seize the opportunity to relax in the pool (though I enjoyed some Aperol Spritzs beside it).

The property was 5 star hotel experience, clean, spacious, in very quiet Salinola village. In the rooms even the smallest details was well managed, hand knitten curtisns, table covers, high quality toiletteries.

Garden, pool, restoran. Special thanks for Fabio, it is rare to meet this kind of Gentelmans nowadays. We are very thankful to Him who made us feel so welcomed all the time. A true gentelman and genuine person with non forced authentic politness. Definetly my fabourite hotel around Ostuni. Keep it up Fabio!

The property is a family owned and run Agrotourismo and it shows, the owner was very helpful and explained everything and also made helpful suggestions about where to visit. The fixed evening menu was lovely and the the vegetables and fruit were from the farm, the wine was also good and cheap. The facilities include a big swimming pool and smaller paddling pools and a nice dining area over looking the farm and nearby country side. The rooms were very big and spotless and the car parking excellent. Fairly easy to find even with Sat Nav and a short distance out of Ostuni and well placed to visit other hill towns. All in a very nice place to stay and eat.

We needed a day to relax during our two week trek through southern Italy. This was the perfect place to do just that. After checking in and being shown around the property we relaxed at the pool and drank wine. There was no dinner option there but we were given a pizza delivery place nearby and it was wonderful! The breakfast buffet was lovely and we enjoyed trying the olive oil that is made on site. The staff was nothing short of wonderful and kind.

The idea of finding such a lovely facility and on a working farm was terrific. We really appreciated this opportunity. The owner, Fabio, is a fantastic host and cannot do enough for his guests. The breakfasts were lovely, especially the fresh eggs from the farm each morning. The room was large and quite comfortable, no back aches from sagging mattresses. Enjoyed having the kitchen facilities too. This is a generation family small business, There is also a pool. Thank you Fabio.

There isn't much to improve on. I might suggest a brighter/better lighting in the kitchen/entry space. Having the farm experience also means being on the outskirts of the city, which is to be expected. Perhaps even the option to pay for an English speaking tv station like CNN.

A super friendly reception by Paola. She and her brother run this place and make effort to be friendly and accommodating. Both speak excellent English which helps with communication. A nice spacious and clean room on a very beautiful well maintained site. Breakfast is good but dinner is very good. A true Italian cuisine, simple but with lots of taste.

Beautiful place and surroundings. The owner, Fabio, was super friendly and flexible. Even though we arrived late, due to flight delay, he prepared a light meal for us. The breakfast was nice.

We were a bit disappointed with the dinner which didn't really meet up to the standard we expected.

Great location to explore Puglia. The pool is a bonus for kids. The restaurant was well executed with a diverse menu. Fabio is really working to provide a great experience. The room was large and well appointed, I was traveling alone with my daughter who is 8. She slept on the daybed. The bathroom met my expectations. The cleaning staff even arranged for some laundry for me.

It is a little pricey when you stack all the stuff, but, definitely reasonable given the overall experience and location.

I could not rate our stay here more highly! We had a wonderful experience with everything from the room, to the food, to the gorgeous pool area. Fabio was a wonderful host who personally helped us get in to town multiple times and was incredibly accommodating and kind throughout our stay. All of the staff were helpful and friendly and we adored the atmosphere of the place. We would absolutely love to come back for another stay!

We have nothing negative to say about this stay!

The swimming pool is great, and the hotel is in a really lovely setting and is a close drive to both Ostuni (5mins) and the coast (15mins).

Breakfast is somewhat lacking and is the same every day, saying that we decided to stick with it to avoid the faff of going out to get breakfast elsewhere. The pool and general setting makes up for it and I most definitely wouldn't avoid this accommodation because of it but the owners should like to improve their offering.
