The location is perfect especially if you have a car. There is a safe and secure parking lot where you can leave your car and enjoy a walking tour of the old town (about 5min). The breakfast was very good - there was sweet, salty, fresh fruit - delicious products from local producers. The good thing is that there is a restaurant and you can have dinner. I guess because the tourist season hadn't started yet, the staff was very reduced.

The rooms are small and there is not much space to put your suitcases. The bathrooms are old and need renovation. It is very strongly perfumed, even after airing and not good for people with allergies.

Our accommodation was well furnished and spotlessly clean. The buffet breakfast was really good, there was so much choice! We had private parking in the hotel grounds and the view of Ostuni from the gardens was amazing. This beautiful white town was only about a 15 minute walk from the hotel and the sandy beaches about a 20 minute drive away. This is a good base for visiting other interesting towns in La Puglia.

Fabulous location with close walking distance to Ostuni old town. Parking under olive trees in front of property was much needed in a place where parking is otherwise difficult. Our room was suitable. Clean and as described. Quiet sleep, comfy bed and good overall. We had a standard room and I’m guessing there are others that are more spacious with added features. The foyer leaves a lasting impression with beautiful dome stone ceiling. The breakfast room was divine. A really impressive staircase entryway with chandeliers and more stone dome ceilings. The breakfast was a never-ending array of pastries, cakes, sweet and savoury choices to suit anyone’s tastes. Cheeses, meats, salads…You name it it was there. I would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend.

The hotel is within walking distance to the main village of Ostuni. The breakfasts were great and our room had an excellent view of the ocean. There is a lift to each floor making the movement of luggage easy to manage. There is a large open area on the top of the roof of the hotel with seating. Great opportunity to relax with drinks after a long day walking through the village while viewing the white village of Ostuni and the oceanview.

The restaurant wasn't operating for dinners.

We were very satisfied with the room. It was decorated nicely, we had a beautifull view from the window, green fields and sea, very good breakfast and a very comfortable parking in the hotel's yard shaded by trees and lots of parking arround.. We were treated very nice by the stuff and we recommend this hotel to anyone who comes to visit Ostuni,. Herzel and Carmie

Both the location and the staff were excellent. Walking distance to the center of Ostuni - yet free parking and easy access in and out of the city. Perfect for a short stay in the region. We used the hotel as a jump point to visit the other local highlights in the area.

The breakfast was ample, but lacking in quality. In this case, less would be better. The hotel restaurant is also host to evening events with music and dancing, which does go on until midnight. Makes sleeping before that time a bit of a challenge.

Good location with roof terrace . Breakfast was reasonable . We ate in the restaurant three nights which was very good and good value as was the hotel . Very good free parking . Short walk into the old town . Helpful and friendly staff . Ostuni is a good base for travelling around .

the room was acceptable but the shower could have been better . The weather was disappointing which possibly reduced our enjoyment .

This hotel is perfectly located to visit Ostuni and the area around it with the amazing amount of very old olive trees. The breakfast is very good, especially because the lovely Maria was helping us, and remembered what we liked every morning.

The hotel had a lovely atmosphere…it was a beautiful place to stay. We ate at the restaurant on site a couple of times…….. it was good not to have to walk back up into the town centre to eat.

I missed not being able to make a cup of tea in my room, but was able to always get one down in the lounge. The biggest negative of our 3 day stay was the mattress in our room. It was foam or cellular not inner spring. It was too soft for a comfortable night’s sleep for me.

Breakfast was good and staff were friendly and most helpful. Reception staff were also most friendly. I enjoyed my dinners and liked the setting/location. Overall I had a favourable impression. I would recommend the hotel to other visitors.
