Location, opposite the sea and Scilly, great beer selection, good-sized room with great bathroom and shower. We stayed there three nights and used three different restaurants, including Mollys Bar, should have gone there all three nights.

The fact there our room was NEVER serviced for three days, so we nearly ran out of toilet paper

Not being able to get back into the hotel after 22.00 without having to make a phonecall to the concierge. As we are from the UK it would have been an international phonecall and not being able to speak Italian we were worried that we would not be able to make ourselves understood.

It was responsive to everything we needed - the chef came back to cook us supper. We took the key by mistake and they accepted a return by post and were accepting of the error and our needs.

The Google maps post code was wrong. The owners have been trying to deal with this problem through the courts and is due to a problem with google

We booked this location last minute to be close to the ferry to cross to Sicily. Hotel was clean, comfortable, with lovely grounds, beautiful views and friendly, lovely staff. Would 100% book here again. Great value for the price.

Beautiful view, perfect location, safe parking on-site, air-conditioning was efficient, spacious room, staff were friendly, helpful & generous.

Bathroom needs updating with a little TLC.

We loved the hotel, the location was lovely the staff were very helpful and nice. Overall it was one of the most enjoyable stays we had in our month long trip around Italy.
