Awesome place, got to see a proper polo game for the first time in my life. The villa we stayed in was cool and comfy and the staff were really welcoming and happy to assist. We forgot our portable coffee machine and they helped us get it back and ship to our home country, really appreciate that! Views from the pool and the terrace are incredible!

I think with everything else being fantastic, our expectations for breakfast were maybe too high :) Breakfast is fine but if you stay at the villa and not the rooms it's easier to make one yourself.

Countryside beautiful, lovely with great views next to apartment (as well as own hot tub). Second bigger pool 10 min walk at main reception area. Spacious, nicely furnished, lots of space for clothes etc. Restaurant delicious and well priced. Breakfast excellent.Totally recommend.

No AC in any communal living areas, which was hot and uncomfortable in main sitting room, but the rest was cool (but dark) due to stone walls.and no windows. Hot tub had sand/grit in it which you were aware of when sat down. Kitchen badly equipped, not even a chopping board or pair of scissors! However, staff were always helpful and did best to provide things when asked.

The staff were amazing! Unfortunately the restaurant was closed when we stayed, this may be because we were the only guests staying there (we didn’t see any other guests during our stay), however the lady that checked us in went above and beyond to make sure we were catered for during our stay! We did go to a local shop about 15 minute drive away but when we returned she’d put a kettle, plates, cutlery, bowl of fruit, water and some little desserts in our room to and even gave us some warm bread! The hospitality of this lady was amazing!

I didn’t think it was clear on booking that the pool would be closed during our stay, maybe a pop up or something on booking could have helped with this. I was disappointed the restaurant was closed but this was quickly rectified by how good the member of staff was with us!

The place is beautiful, full of greenery and beautiful scenery. The Polo Club being part of the resort, we got to enjoy a relaxing horse ride. The staff was very friendly and explained everything in detail so we could enjoy the experience, although we had never ridden before. We also used the tennis court, also a nice experience. Breakfast was plentiful and dinner at the onsite restaurant was also a nice experience, with the waiter recommending us an excellent wine. The room was spacious, clean. We had a few difficulties renting a car, but Saimira was very helpful, offering to drive us to the train station in Bucine so we could take the train to Arezzo. All in all a lovely experience, we highly recommend this place. We will definitely come back.

One of the most beautiful hotels I have ever stayed in. It feels a bit like staying in an old castle. I particularly noticed the beautiful small wooden windows. There are even built-in fly screens. The air conditioning is very modern and quiet. Everything is very clean and well maintained. The pool area is great. There are plenty of parasols and sun loungers. Everything here is also very clean and well maintained. The staff is very friendly and courteous. Would have liked to spend another day here, but unfortunately my schedule didn't allow it. There is also a small restaurant nearby which I couldn't visit.

looked better than in the picture, very remote and picturesque? polo club, clean and green, nice pools. we loved the privacy, the jacuzzi, plenty of room to relax Will definitely return in full season

the breakfast was not sized for the number of guests. because of the rain, the temperature inside was a bit uncomfortable and the water in the upstairs shower was not enough to wash your hair. likely a temporary issue, downstairs all was well. the cleaning service could be a bit inconsistent for the villas outside the main building.

The property was beautiful and extra treat to see the horses around training. We went to the wine tasting tour and was very informative, really enjoyed it. Breakfast was very good . Staff, specifically Armando was nice.

The room had a lot of stairs and very narrow, difficult to manage with big bags.

2nd time we come to this place - great location and venue - a few rooms only in a very quiet area - excellent swimming pool and cosy and relaxing environment - the restaurant as well has very good food and wines. Team is friendly and very professional and if you are lucky you might see a game of polo...

Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable! Beautiful location and really helpful staff. Rooms are spacious and clean. But it's not the rooms that make the stay so relaxing. It's the location, the view and the people who work there. P. S. Kids loved the playground.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Very beautiful property in the midst of a polo club. Location is good as it is good to all the winery's in the Chianti region. Good restaurants nearby. Value for money
