Spacious and comfortable rooms. Big, clean bathrooms. We checked in late at night after a cancelled flight, but the lady at the reception and the hostess in the dining room were both lovely, despite being clearly overwhelmed by a sudden inflow of guests. Glad to have quiet rooms and comfortable beds to sleep in after the day we had. They also let us hang around and use their computer to book our flights the next day, after the official 'check-out' which was kind.

The breakfast was limited, and even with 1 hour to go before it closed, food was not replenished - so several people ate whatever was left over. The servers were not at all happy when coffee/eggs/cutlery were requested (not just by us, but other tables too). There was visible exasperation, eye-rolling, unhappy expressions everytime anyone asked for anything. Very unwelcoming for a breakfast that we'd paid for.

I liked the location as it was well placed to drive to the airport next morning. Not ideal if you want to do sightseeing in Pisa itself. The bed was very comfy and the room was fine for a city hotel.

Virtually Impossible to get into a room before the check in time as the hotel doesn't tick off the rooms that have been cleaned as they do them. Breakfast was a bun fight and food was not replenished quickly. Only a portion of the dining room was open in the evening as the main part was booked by an outside party. Luckily we got in early enough to have some food before the tables were full.

As a family of four with two toddlers, we had a very comfortable and easy stay at this hotel. We had two rooms (next to each other, not connected) and this was very convenient. The reception area was clean and nicely designed, and the breakfast area was easy to get to and had high chairs. The breakfast was ideal whether you prefer sweet or savory. The place was pretty quiet during our stay, not very busy. Parking right outside. Helpful & friendly staff. Overall, can't really fault anything with the place especially if you want something easy with kids.

We needed somewhere to stay at the last minute due to our flight being cancelled. The staff were very helpful, both during and after our stay. We only realised we needed an itemised receipt for dinner after we left the hotel in order to claim back the cost from our airline, and this was sent through very promptly after I contacted the hotel via booking.com. Staff also spoke very good English and the bed was pretty comfortable compared to many other hotels I have stayed in recently.

The room was eye wateringly expensive, but this was hardly surprising given the exceptionally short notice of the booking, the fact it was a Saturday night etc.

The room was really good.

I was offered during check-in to pay in advance for the breakfast on the next morning with a special fee (10 euros), or in the other day if I decide, I would have to pay 15 euros per person. My son wanted to eat breakfast, buy according to the rules, we were not able to buy only for him the breakfast in advance (they told us that we had to buy for all 3 in the room). As I and my wife don´t eat breakfast, we have not eaten breakfast at the hotel.

Excellent staff. V. Professional. V kind. Pasta in restaurant was outstanding. Gym is good. Parking infront of hotel. Clean.

Good hotel for a work trip. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel is good, there is plenty of parking nearby and the hotel has a private underground parking. With elevators direct to the rooms. The location is good if you’re coming from the motorway, it’s not close to the city centre though.

The staff are amazing. We left a phone in a taxi the day before we were due to travel home. The hotel contacted the taxi company and arranged for it to be dropped off at the hotel, they then packaged it and returned it to us in the uk. Excellent customer service

The front desk provided all the information we requested, especially since we arrived late in the day. He also provided information on the downtown area and recommended places to eat.

Personally, I prefer walk-in showers, but this is just nitpicking.

Very nice and modern room, with lot of power outlets, good WiFi and all what you need. The bathroom is spacious and modern, the water faucet in the basin is too small and low for it and not so good to use. Breakfast was great! I got a freshly made cappuccino and a large selections of bread, hot and cold food.

Although you are not too far from the centre (about 3km walk), is in a pretty anonymous zone. Perfect for meetings though
