It was a very pleasant stay. The location was close to the Leaning Tower of Pisa and the city center. We easily arranged check-in via WhatsApp with the host, which made everything simple. There was private parking available, and we could park our car safely. Everything met our expectations for a B&B stay.

Nothing major – we actually wished we had stayed longer.

The owner was welcoming. We had arrived earlier than the check-in time before the room was ready, but he offered to place our luggage in the room once it was ready. The room was spacious and clean with a comfortable bed. The breakfast was lovely as well. Everything is set up on your table and you help yourself to everything in the food basket on your table. The place is outside of the centre, but there is a bus stop very close by.

Very pleased with the space in the room. Air conditioning worked well and the pace was quiet. The location was good with very good public transport just around the corner with quick access to the centre. The room was cleaned everyday and breakfast was good enough to set us up for the morning.

Nothing major to speak of.

Room was spotless and was cleaned every day. Waterfall shower was a nice feature. Our flight from Cork was 2 hours late and Diego was very good & kindly came out and let us in at 1.30 pm.

A little bit far from Pisa centre but well served by bus routes. Tickets are only €1.50 and the bus stop is a stone's throw from the apartment. There is a ticket machine at the bus stop in Cisanello.

The airconditioning is really good. Better than the other hotels.

The bed is uncomfortable. We always wake up whenever we move because the it makes noise and we were scared to fall down. On our 2nd night the water in the the shower, and toilet was blocked. Needed to call the call at 10:00 to fix it. Breakfast has not so much option. Just conflakes and packed bread. We were booked to stay for 6 nights, but we left after 4 nights.

It was a pleasure. We had a great stay, it's perfect for spending the night when you arrive at the airport as it is really close. Extra points to Diego for taking care of my pillow for one month that I forgot and then be so kind to return it to me on my way back. Thank you so much! Can recommend.

As a German I find the breakfast in Italy strange but it was like this (really sweet) at every stop on our journey through Italy. But there's coffee so it's alright ;)

The room was really big and clean. We had loads of space and the bed was really comfortable. The breakfast spread put out by the host was amazing they really made an effort. The host was also very responsive and had good communication. Although the property is not in the centre there is a bus station right outside of the apartment where we got a direct bus 10 minutes into the centre so do not let the location deter you. We would definitely stay here again.

- Everything is new in the room, bathroom and the common kitchen. - Even the owner (Mr. Diego) doesn't speak English you can comunicate by Google translator. - The Room, bathroom & shower were clean. - The kitcken is fully equiped: refrigerator, microwave owen, cuterly, gas owen, water dispenser - The owner provides tea, sugar and expresso pads - There is a parking lot in front of the building, but I supporse it is not free of charge. Ask the owner..... - WiFi connection was Ok - There is an new Air Conditiong system in the room

- Very noisy walls - Far away by shops (at least 20 minutes by foot, one way) - No slippers - Lack of automated lights on the public spaces - Breakfast was very poor and doens't include any kind cheese, salami, vegetables. Only prepaked bisquits, cheap juice & milk

The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was very good.

We didn’t understand from description that the kitchen is shared. We had a child and there weren’t a chair and a plate in our table for the kid in order to have breakfast. Also we didn’t know that parking outside wasn’t allowed and we had to find the owner of other apartment in order to move their car.

Nice and cozy place. The room was spacious and the concept of the breakfast prepared the night before so you can enjoy it upon waking was cute. I understand some were dissatisfied with the breakfast, but, you know, people don't really have salty breakfasts in Italy. It's the way it is. The bathroom was lovely too.

Even though the floor and in general the lower part of the room was very clean, we saw some spiderwebs on the ceiling. Far from the center, but we eventually rented a car and it was alright, since there's plenty of parking spots in the area
