We didn’t expect that much from a holiday park for the money we paid but our last night was a pleasant surprise. Nice staff, that assured us of check-in until 21.00 and also self service options in case we would come later. Excellent value for money, close to Pisa center (8 minutes) and airport (14 minutes). Large swimming pool, snack facilities and 24/7 excellent coffee machine. The bed was super comfortable and everything was very clean with plenty of towels. Air conditioning worked very well and views are nice. It actually feels like you’re almost in the mountains while in reality the location is close to Pisa center.

The houses are inside a bit dated but certainly well kept

We spent 6 days in the house, me, my husband and our two children. In the house opposite ours were our friends, a couple with two children. We felt safe, like at home, even though the reception is closed after 8 p.m., but it is possible to arrange a later arrival with them. The houses are surrounded by greenery, the environment is extremely peaceful. The houses are clean, well equipped. There were no tenants in the house next door, so we cannot say anything about sound insulation. We didn't need air conditioning. We bought mosquito repellent in the nearby Lidl store, so we had no problems. Near the resort is a bus station with buses that connect the resort with the center and quickly get to the center.

It isolated. Far from the city center. It's a more bucolic environment nearby a small urban area full of gastronomic options from breakfast to dinner. The staff is super nice all the way down. Lovely people.

1. The internet bandwidth is quite poor and the signal was quite week. 2. The pool is shared with a club of hidroginastic and swimming which from time to time makes parts of the pool unavailable. It may or may not be particularly bad for those who want to use the swimming lanes.

The location is very clean, quite and private. Every apartment which is quite large has a terrace where you can have breakfast/dinner, a drink or just enjoy the silence and nice air. The beds are super comfortable, the bathroom is large and cozy, the kitchen area is well organized and has all the necessary amenities and the whole apartment has a nice and warm feeling to it. 2 small lakes (a life preserve in the making) are nearby, half an hour walk, and the whole area is very relaxing and green.

Although it is not situated far from the center area of Pisa (roughly 5 km), walking is not really an option because there are some portions where you would walk basically just on the side of the road, no sidewalk. There are 2 buses that go into Pisa roughly every 30-45 minutes but the last ride back (at least during the spring) is around 20.30 which might be too early for some persons. However, if you travel by car or you have a rental, the location is absolutely perfect.

We loved the lovely staff helpful and knowledgeable. We were at the perfect spot to explore pisa the coast the mountains and Florence. The accommodation was spotless and the cleaning staff took so much care.

No pool out of season. Also aqua aerobics music 9am to 8 pm St night. Please don't be put off but know that is the case.

Everything was amazing. The apartment room was very clean. There was body wash and hair shampoo in the rooms. Clean towels clean bed sheets. free parking. 10 mins drive to Pisa tower. The receptionist was very kind and helpful. the resort was located in a large green area with nice fresh air. it was quiet and ppeaceful.

Nice calm location close to Pisa. The house was big and well equipped. Outside seating was chill and pleasant. Overall, great experience.

Some more kitchen utilities would be handy (smaller pots, a kettle, or basic ingredients such as oil or spices). The pillows and mattress were not great.

Lovely location, easy reach of Pisa. Our apartment had lively facilities, kitchen area, fridge freezer, living area, bathroom, outdoor seating and garden. Lovely views of the mountains Easy check in and check out. Could have done with a kettle, but we just used a saucepan to boil water on the hob

Clean, very spacious, well equipped. Good value for money. Quiet & comfortable. Perfect for families. Small shop and good family restaurant nearby. Pool is an advantage, although we did not use it.

Parking is dusty, with pebbles. One of the access roads is bad, broken, not usable unless you drive a SUV.

The location is very good and quiet. The cabins are large, squeaky clean and comfortable. Even the sofa bed was actually a nice surprise. Very good value for money..
