Wonderful stay just 5 minutes from Pisa! The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful, especially Riccardo - please forgive me if I misspelled it! :)))), who gave us great parking tips and marked the best local restaurants on the map. The accommodation was quiet, perfectly clean, and beautifully maintained, with a lovely garden, large pool, sun loungers, and adorable cats and dogs. The whole atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing – we truly enjoyed every moment. We will definitely come back. Absolutely recommend it! Ci è piaciuto tutto.

Amazing cottage just outside the city of Pisa. The place is quite and in the nature. Hosts are very nice and they suggested great places to visit during our stay. The place has a very cozy and wide garden with a pool. Overall a very relaxing environment. We arrived by motorcycle and parked in the private parking area inside the cottage.

Being in the fields, there are a lot of insects around. Not a lot of restaurant choices at walking distance.

The property is in a beautiful location with 360° views of the Tuscan hills. Without a car we had anticipated difficulties with travel but the host provided bikes which we were able to use to cycle in to local villages and on numerous occasions he was generous enough to drive us himself! On arrival we received a personalised map of Pisa and surrounding areas with food, drink and sightseeing recommendations. The room itself was cozy and equipped with air conditioning and a small fridge. In the mornings, a delicious selection of breads and pastries was offered alongside coffee and juices between 8am and 10am.

Beautiful family-run farmhouse hotel in secluded quiet location. Large double room with private bathroom. Private gated parking lot near the rooms. Very attentive friendly family/staff available to assist with baggage on arrival. Simple, but tasty breakfast offered in central dining room. Excellent location near Pisa, San Giuliano Terme and Lucca. Refrigerator in room.

Morning shower was a little cold.

It was very peaceful and still close to town. The pool water was very cool, and I wish we had time to enjoy that more. They were able to accommodate a last-minute additional night for us. Ricardo gave us little maps with suggestions of places to go.

Showers are small, so if you are a large person, you may have some issues. Ask if certain rooms have bigger showers.

The family running the bed and breakfast is super warm, friendly and very helpful with great suggestions on things to go do. Whether sightseeing, restaurants or hiking trails, we got wonderful advice. I also really liked the pool and the pony. The location was really nice, surrounded by fields but only 15 minutes away from downtown Pisa by car.

Extremely nice and friendly host! Ricardo & family ,Welcome us at late hour because our flight time Ricardo took time to show us individually place to vist in pisa ,like to eat pizza,ice cream ,pasta etc plus offerd us to drive us around so we could see where train station and bus stops and local shops where ,we much appreciated this ,thank you Kitchen with everything you could ever need, clean bathroom, good private parking, rooms in an individual and interesting style. Beautiful country side to wake up to and take morning or evening walks

There was nothing I did not like

Nice place located not far from Pisa city center and the airport. The apartment was spacious and clean - perfect for a short stay. We only spent one evening there, so we didn’t get a chance to explore everything, but the owner kindly recommended a lovely beach, which turned out to be a perfect spot to end our Italy trip.

This amazing place is a true gem, so well kept, beautiful garden and clean, comfortable rooms. Pony, dogs and cats are a bonus. Owners are incredible, very service-minded and welcoming. They gave us tips to find best places for food and so on. Pool was amazing and very peaceful place to chill. We are definitely coming back next year.

Our room had a kitchen which we loved. We would have liked a little better equipment in the kitchen, just a few plates and glasses extra.

We loved absolutely everything! Beautiful place which gives a feeling of total tranquility. More like visiting a family, not like a standard B and B. Absolutely recommend to stay here as a base to explore Tuscany or just to get some relaxing days.
