Iacopo is super friendly host, willing to help with anything we needed, full of helpfull advices. The property is in a quiet area, has a beautiful garden and the appartment was really spacious with all the amenities you could possibly wish. I must mention also the breakfast in a box - it was delicious, a true cherry on the cake. P.s.: I wish I could read Italian better as the appartment has the most amazing collection of books. Stunning!

The cleanliness of the house was impressive. A clean environment is essential for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and it seems like the housekeeper does an excellent job maintaining high standards of cleanliness. The quiet atmosphere of the house contributed to a peaceful and relaxing stay. It's great that the surroundings were conducive to rest and tranquility, allowing you to fully unwind during your time there. The cozy ambiance of the house created a warm and inviting atmosphere, my family was feeling really comfortable. Pool football that is in garden and free of charge for us where so fun. We were laughing all the time Look no further, this family accommodation with bad and breakfast that they leave you in morning, precisely time as you arrange the day before is wonderful. Wonderful, clean, silent and spacious apartment, a perfect stay when visiting Pisa, Firenze and everything around. Very welcoming host who is happy to provide info on places to visit, where to park, etc.

Personal preference but for us the double bed was not super comfortable as it was quite hard.

It was my first BnB, and it was just perfect. For me its 10 out of 10. I booked the small house. Its in perfect condition, with all you needs inside. The host was really friendly and nice.

I would have enjoyed a normal breakfast, but in Italy salty breakfast is quite rare. Even so we got bread, butter, milk, orange juice, yogourt and fresh croissantes.

It is a perfect place to relax in green in a comfortable house. The owner is very friendly and comunicative, organised and furnished the house with all details and attention.

The studio is just outside the town of Pisa, so we were lucky to watch the famous tower many times just passing by. The host is great and you will miss nothing.
