The owners are lovely and super accommodating - they kindly let us check in early and allowed us to stay and relax by the pool after we checked out as our flight wasn’t until late evening. The pool and gardens are beautiful and you feel like you’re in the Tuscan countryside while only being a 10-15 minute drive away from the centre of busy Pisa. Would highly recommend coming with a rental car as there is no Uber and taxis are very difficult to get (and expensive). We didn’t have a car so had to walk about 20 minutes in the evening to find a spot for dinner, and the next day ordered a Deliveroo for lunch so we wouldn’t have to walk 20+ minutes in the heat to find somewhere. Rooms are simple but clean and have everything you need, such as air conditioning and even toiletries. Would recommend this place for anyone with a car who wants to be close to Pisa while getting to relax in a beautiful oasis.

You need a rental car to stay in this area as it’s very difficult to get taxis

We were stranded and found this little gem! It was the highlight of our 20 day trip with 5 different B&B's. The owner was very prompt at getting us a wonderful room. The best beds, pillows and sheets! Attention was given to every detail, in the words of the owner, "Everything matters." There are three tranquil hangout spots outside of the room; front porch, back patio, and veranda (which has a great view). The food is fresh and homemade! Best of all was the owner's conversation-he helped us plot our journey on the map. Listened to our story and had some intelligent input to make our Mission more informed.

It was perfection. The only thing I didn't like was that we didn't stay there the whole time. It was very safe, super close to town where we could get a massage and soak.

I wish to stay there for a week ! This place is fantastic, outside the Pisa city, but not far away. Beautiful house, garden, pool with warm water. Room very nice and comfortable, clean, had conditioner and small refrigerator. Bed comfortable good for sleeping. Private car parking, garden for walking and relax. Owner and staff very friendly and helpful. Best place for vacation.

There was only dessert for breakfast. I would like to have something salty: cheese, boiled wiener or ham.

Daniela is very helpful. She gave us a lot of advice on what to visit. Everything else was ok.

The breakfast is very poor. Only croissants and cake are served. For us who stayed here for 6 days, it is not acceptable to eat only cakes for breakfast. Everything else is OK.

The host is charismatic and welcoming. The setting stunning and handy for the airport. The winery building and neighbouring historic aquaduct fascinating and charming. It was wonderfully quiet despite the road immediately next to the property. The guests were clearly also in awe of the beautiful gardens and BONUS! The pool so refreshing after a tiring day out to Lucca. Even the owner's is a friendly character and played the fool with my daughter.

We had to leave early so we didn't get to try the breakfast. The room had a mezzannine level with 2 small beds which was a good use of space but because we stayed during summer it was a little too warm for us Brits. We had to leave the aircon on all night but it was quiet and efficient.

Great place near Pisa city. Wonderful garden with a pool! Nice sweets for breakfast and friendly staff. All my recommendations if You are in a way to visit Pisa.

Second floor with beds more suitable for kinds and not so comfortable for adults, newer the less for one night it did not make any inconvenience.

Very charming house, great breakfast and good people.

Owner needs to find a way to communicate some kind of security code with guests before they arrive to allow the gate to open. Just calling a phone number with a phone that doesn’t work in Italy doesn’t help.

What's not to like? The B&B is in an ancient farmhouse with lot's of history. It has a very big garden with a very nice pool that you can use, good for some cool down after visiting the tower which is at 5 minutes by car. Breakfast is Italian but with a lot of options. Host Daniela is very kind and speaks her languages, zelfs Nederlands!

Maybe the airconditioning in the room hasn't the capacity to cool the whole room but with the ventilator it is doable.

Breakfast was good considering it’s a B&B and not a hotel. We were a little bit (half an hour) early for check-in, but it wasn’t a problem. Beautiful property. An unexpected gem considering the location.

The property is next to a busy road and emergency traffic centre, so you hear lots of sirens overday. Over night you won’t hear them as much.
